Healing Broth

Having a healing broth in your reptoir will help you in your journey to health!

* Broth
* 4 cloves of garlic
* 1 inch knob of fresh ginger
* 6 mushrooms of choice
* 10 dried shataki mushrooms
* 1/2 green cabbage
* 1 red onion
* 4 carrots
* 3 sticks celery
* Black pepper to taste
* 1 tsp of fresh turmeric
* 1 tbs dulse/kombu/wakame seaweed
* 1 tbs of miso paste/natto (optional)
* 8 cups of filtered water

Additionally add broccoli stems, cauliflower stems, carrot ends, green stems or anything you have, even peels of organic vegetables.

This is a very simple recipe to prepare and should only take five minutes or less. No need to peel if its organic, and chop roughly or even throw in the vegetables whole.

Cook for 45 minutes or until it’s boiled and simmered. Strain the vegetables out leaving the broth. Place in small portion containers and freeze for when you need it or keep in the fridge for the week. Sipping on the broth on its own for an afternoon boast of minerals. Because you are keeping all the nutrients in to one broth and you are not caramelising or baking to create mallards, you can still receive the nutrition from these cooked vegetables.

This broth is an easy way to soothe he gut and gift the body minerals. Sip daily or on a juice cleanse. Please avoid salt, oils and processed stocks to keep it health beneficial.

EATING TO SUPPORT YOUR MONTHLY CYCLE AS A WOMAN

BEFORE YOUR FLOW:

The building stage (Winter). Your body needs energy from more calories & nutrient dense foods with bioavailable intense nutrition. The brain needs glucose from sweet carbohydrates like papaya, banana, carob, sweet potato & pumpkin. More dense foods like mucusless grains like quinoa & millet, pumpkin/hemp/flax seeds to keep you satisfied & full of amino acids & buffer the acids and allow energy to flow. The body needs a large amount of greens 3-6 cups a day for minerals to support the body & algae & seaweeds. Dates & Figs are great as they are high in B vitamins & zinc which is good for stress & hormone balancer. Liquorice & Ginseng and other Adaptogen herbs will support you to. Beetroot/cucumber /celery juice will help detox the liver & cleanse the blood as will lemon juice. (be aware if you have a fatty toxic liver you may find beetroot makes you nauseas as it dislodges toxins) – avoiding salt as salt is contracting & this is an expansive stage. Avoiding sugar so the body can be utilising the anti inflammatory foods consumed.

The beautiful time of purging & releasing (Autumn). This takes energy from the body & oxygen from the brain function, so resting & surrendering is essential. Pulling back from work, agendas, schedules, study & exercise so all your energy can go to releasing the emotions and toxins. Allowing all to come up & out without needing to be anything to anyone.

If you have cramps using castor oil packs with doTERRA claryCalm can sooth you. Ginger & Fennel tea is good for nausea & cramps, chamomile tea for calming. Vetiver & Lavender Essential Oil deep relaxation in magnesium & sea salt baths. Tens machines & Pilates or yoga. During this time your uterus swells in size & puts pressure on the digestive system, so simplifying your food to soups & smoothies & fruit meals i.e easy to digest food giving your digestive system a break as it will not being working to its full capacity. If you are constipated I suggest prunes or celery juice if you are loose in your stools I suggest bananas – avoiding salt as salt is contracting and this is an expansive stage. This time is cleansing time, the start of another detox round for another month ahead to prepare for ovulation. (Spring)

I suggest Green Juice Cleanses at this time or mineral rich broths – drinking lots of lemon water, eating lightly with loads of water rich hydrating foods like watermelon and big salads with raw veggies & even mono meals of fruit. Go lightly on nuts, grains & heavy oily cooked spicy foods, sugar, & anything that stops detoxification as this is a time to set your self up for the rest of the month and will determine how your next flow is.

OVULATION:

Releasing an egg takes energy & in nature you would be looking to reproduce and find a mate (Summer)- so the body gets very heightened & your temperature raises. It produces surges of hormones giving you energy & mental clarity & this uses mineral stores…so choose naturally mineral rich foods especially high in sodium like tomatoes, celery, carob, mesquite, seaweed, silverbeet, dates, rich variety of greens, sprouts & pumpkin/flax/chia/hemp seeds will help you here. Often we are more physically active around this stage, so using mineral rich dates & dried fruits for energy can be helpful, packing green berry smoothies on the go and keeping hydrated. Seaweed is incredibly helpful for hormones & organ support as is Ashwaganda & nettle teas and horsetail tea.

THE BEST FOODS AND OILS TO KILL PARASITES.

Think you don’t have them?

I know the word parasites can make someone’s stomach turn.
That we don’t really have them, at least not YOU!

I would also love to say that we should simply love them all, but the truth is that when our bodies are imbalanced and sick when our inner terrain is acidic and toxic, the parasites will thrive.

They multiply by laying eggs and by secreting toxic waste, and therefore they are adding to the burden of an already sick body. Not a fun scenario, so this is where we have to start.

We let these uninvited guests have a grand party inside of us when we keep the terrain to their liking. In any so-called chronic stage of a disease, parasites will be present.
Why?

Because they have been invited!

They will not miss the offering of free room and board, and most likely they will invite their friends to join the party.

We all have them, the parasites, so the topic is nothing to freak out about. Yes, I saw them come out, and yes, you might too. They are a part of any living being. Microbes, cells, parasites, viruses, all living and vibrating. Parasites are any type of creature that feeds off of another host. Their intention is not to destroy the host, because if the host dies, they will be forced to die as well.

Although they can feed off of just about any kind of nutrient and food substance, there are certain foods, in particular, they thrive on. These are foods high in complex sugar/ starches, unhealthy fats, and any man-made ingredient such as food-preservatives, food-colorants, and many other food-additives. They are also attracted to heavy metals and other toxic substances. The more the merrier.

You do not have to look for them, or even wonder if they are there. If you are sick they are there, period. As long as your house is that of imbalance and over-acidity, you have work to do. This takes us back to the inner terrain, the cultivating medium.

For a parasite to thrive, it needs to live in an environment that feeds its needs. It needs to eat, and it needs to have a comfortable place to reside. Mucus is perfect, as they love a good conglomeration of bacteria and microbes. They lay their eggs, they eat, they secrete, and they reproduce quickly.

Sounds pretty simple, doesn’t it?

Some of them are very attracted to the complex sugars and will let you know that they are there, through your cravings. Depending on the kind, the parasites will eat different things. One thing that is certain is that they will feed off of you, and leave you depleted and more toxic. They also love your nutrition and will take the best for themselves, leaving you with the leftovers.

So, what do you need to do, do you change the environment, or kill the parasites?
YES to both!

Sometimes, when sickness has arrived, the big guns are needed, and I say you need to do both. Absolutely, the terrain needs to be changed, and it will, but a parasitic overload is a large burden on all the bodily systems and organs, so a good parasite cleanse is a must.

Foods with anti-parasitic properties:

 Papaya seeds: The seeds from the papaya fruit have anthelmintic and anti-amoebic properties. This means that they kill intestinal worms and other parasitic organisms in your digestive system. Using papaya seeds for parasites has proven to be very effective. The seeds have a distinct slightly peppery flavour. They can, of course, be eaten as they are, or you can simply sprinkle them over salads and other dishes.

 Extra Virgin Coconut oil: This well-known oil consists of medium-chain triglycerides, which help to strengthen and build the immune system. Furthermore, this oil is also high in both lauric acid and caprylic acid, which possess antiviral, antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties.

 Garlic: This common household spice is also a potent herb for medicinal benefits. It is especially useful for flushing out parasites such as giardia and roundworms.

 Cayenne pepper: Increases circulation, boosts the immune system, and fights parasites.

 Pineapple: This much-loved fruit contains the digestive enzyme bromelain that helps to clear certain parasitic infections, such as tapeworms.

 Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds contain “toxic, tetracyclic triterpenes” within the seeds, which are released upon chewing- or by grinding them. This substance is known to intoxicate and paralyse the worms, causing them to release their grip on the intestinal wall. They will need help being expelled, so be sure to move the bowels.

 Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera helps to eliminate parasites, and it also helps to heal the body from the damage that might have been done. It is very effective at restoring the body at a deep cellular level by promoting new and healthy cell growth. A great alkaliser and intestinal healer.
Using Essential oils for anti-parasitic properties:

The Essential oils are natures treasures, they are our helpers and our blessings. Together with our wild botanicals, they are our gifts from God. Essential oils are created from plants, stems, and botanicals. They are used in many ways and have many benefits. There is a whole chapter dedicated to these amazing healers, and here’s some information that relates to the topic of parasites.
 Frankincense: This is the king of all oils. Although mostly known for its anti-tumour properties and all-around healing abilities, I include it in any regimen. It is such a powerful restorative helper, that is will enhance the property of any other oil. You can inhale it, diffuse it, use it topically or put a drop under your tongue.
 Myrrh: A very powerful antioxidant, and antiviral, anti-parasitic and analgesic/anaesthetic. The oil can be taken orally, a few drops in a small glass of water, in a capsule, inhaled or diffused.
 Oil of oregano: This has also been used for its powerful anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic properties. It can be diffused, used topically with a carrier oil (1part oil, 4 parts carrier oil). It can also be ingested, but it is very strong, so do not put it directly into the mouth.
 Peppermint: Great anti-parasitic properties, used against intestinal worms. Also antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal. You can place a few drops under the tongue, use it topically, a few drops in a glass of water, or inhaled.
 Tea Tree (Melaleuca): A truly powerful antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral and anti-parasitic oil, used in many cultures. Mix a few drops in a glass of water, or put it in your diffuser.
 Clove: This is one of the most antimicrobial and antiseptic of all essential oils. It is also an anti-fungal, antiviral and anti-infectious. Rub it on your skin or diffuse it.
 Lemon: Such a great all-around oil. Inexpensive and very potent. A great alkaliser, and no parasite like an alkaline environment. Use it internally, topically, diffuse it and smell it.
 Cinnamon Bark: one of the most powerful antiseptics known, strongly antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal.
 Eucalyptus (Radiata): Great for topical use. It is anti-infectious, antibacterial and antiviral.
 Rosemary: This oil has great antiseptic and antimicrobial properties. Diffuse or use topically.

Remember to always make sure that you are moving your bowels while cleaning out the parasites. We want the bowel to move, and during a cleanse it is even more important. Use an enema bag if you need too. I used one every single day during my heaviest cleanses. That way you are sure that what you are killing off is coming out. You can use a regular enema bag that you buy online, with room temperature water.

Why Food Combination Is Essential?

One of three things can happen to the foods we eat:

1. They can digest and be assimilated for
body use;
2. they can ferment (in the case of undigested sugars as in
fruits and starches); or
3.they can putrefy, or rot as in the case of undigested proteins.

Proteins and fats need a acidic environment, olives, legumes, coconut,
seeds, Carbohydrates, starches all need an alkaline environment.

A few examples:
No tomatoes with quinoa or sweet potato
No avo with yams or sweet pot
No fruits with anything
No pumpkin with olives or seeds

This is because the acids will inhibit the digestion of the starches
they’re eaten with.

Alkaline water doesn’t work as in stomach it pulls apart resources and takes energy away from digestion.

The difference between fruits and vegetables is the word ‘astringent’,
and astringent means ‘I’m going to pull more aggressively on your
lymphatic system.’

As the engine in your car needs a carbon-based fuel to run, so does
your physical body. Of the main constituents, your body needs to
function amino acids, fatty acids, and sugars are primary fuel. However, it is
sugar mixed with oxygen that your body requires to run the machine

Monosaccharides: A single or simple sugar, e.g., glucose, fructose, or
galactose, also known as carbohydrates.

Poly or Disaccharides: Starch or complex sugars consisting of several
glucose/fructose bonds depending upon the type of starch or
carbohydrate.

In other words, your body can’t use proteins as its primary fuel source, it can only use amino acids. So the body must break down a complex amino acid structure
(called a protein) into amino acids; fats to fatty acids; and starch or
complex sugars to simple sugars.

You must understand your body does not use proteins for energy. It is
only the adrenaline or epinephrine in meat that is energetic, however that comes at a cost to the kidneys. This is a problem in that your adrenal glands are supposed to supply your body with adrenaline, when needed, for nerve function.
Oils cause bubbles of store fats and toxins bind to it and mucus plague around
the intestines stopping absorption of nutrients and sugars entering in the cells
If you put out a piece of cheese, a slice of bread, and some grapes or a
ripe banana on the counter in your kitchen, which one is going to grow
mould (fungus) on it first? It will be a race between the bread and cheese.
The fruit will only grow mould as it begins to ferment, since the cheese
and bread are already fermented.

Our heart cells need glucose as does out brain.
Fructose intolerance is a lactose and gluten indolence.
Bactria feeds from fermented old waste stuck in the intestines, not fruits- fruits starve bad bacteria and feed good Bacteria.

Why no vinegars and oils and salts?

They are Neural toxin poisons for us!
Vinegars weakened hydrochloric acids and the stomach has to work hard
to realise it producing more bile, which upsets the balance and
breaks down gastric juices needed for digestion and goes
down the intestines acidic…

Why no onions and garlic? They are too astringent break membranes downs. they can be used sparingly as medicines however continued use is not advised.

General Nutritional Advice & Guidance

Plant Nutrition & Detox Guidelines.

A general non specific overview and in no particular order….

Suggestions for optimal health for you and the Planet:

•Eat plants only, ideally organic.
•Raw plants are optimal for health and healing. ‘Alive’ foods hold more enzymes and thus more nutrients. Fruits have the highest electromagnetic energy of all foods and thus are the best food for us. If you cannot consume a completely raw diet or 80% raw diet….try to aim for as high raw as you can. Eat raw salads before cooked foods. Eat 60% of you meal raw. Try to eat a raw breakfast and add cooked foods for dinners. Try to avoid overcooking food by deep frying, pan frying, baking or boiling. Lightly steaming keeps some enzymes alive in the food. Or warming or drying in a dehydrator. Remember you cannot improve nature by breaking it down through cooking it and destroying its nutrients and enzymes. If a food needs to be cooked or processed to be edible or consume its nutrients. It’s not human food.
•Whole foods only, meaning consumed in its natural state….nothing processed or altered. Blending is ok when eaten fresh to keep the enzymes.
•Avoid concentrated salts, even Himalayan they are contracting and cause dehydration. Eat bioavailable sodium from celery, tomatoes, greens, seaweed and herbs. The plants have filtered it ready for our bodies.
•No oils, especially cooked oils. All oils are inflammatory and coat the intestines stopping digestion. Are calorie dense not nutrient dense. Trans fat are directly correlated to cancer growth.
•Avoid concentrated sugars – unless from fruits or organic dried fruits.
•Limit dried fruits (if eaten they ideally would be organic and sulphur free) please brush your teeth after. Drink extra water 40 minutes after too.
•Eat calorie dense foods to fill you up – eat as much as you like (high fruits, lots of vegetables, loads of greens, some sprouts, a few coconuts, avocados, seaweed, algae, some fresh omega 3 rich seeds and alkaline grains)
•Consume a good amount omega 3 fatty acids from seeds, greens, seaweed, algae and some nuts. Omega 3’s turn off inflammation in the body and are needed for the brain and tissue balance hormones. We run off glucose/fructose and healthy whole fats.
•Amino Acids are essential for everything in our body. Consuming a variety of fruits, vegetables, seeds and alkaline grains will give us the broad spectrum of Amino Acids we need to create bioavailable proteins for our bodies. Consuming another’s already made protein means our bodies must break down that protein, to create aminos acids to build proteins we can utilise. This creates inflammation and exhausts the body. Also the animal protein is acidic and creates a imbalance of hormones, which our body must deal with.
•Eat a raw salad before a cooked food meal to fill you up and eat less cooked foods or inflammatory foods. Think density of nutrients rather than low calorie foods. You can consume a large nutrient dense salad that will fill you up for the same calories as a confectioners bar.
•Eat mostly high water content foods. These should form most of your diet avoid denatured dense processed foods (ideal is juicy fruits, greens, lettuces, herbs and raw green non starchy vegetables) there is no limit to how many you can eat of these types of foods.
•Drink only high quality structured water. Ideally distilled or spring. Aim for 4-6 litres daily depending on your weight or conditions. Drink water away from all foods so you don’t effect digestion. Avoid water that’s been stored in plastic.
•Remove all fluoride from your drinking and bathing water and dental care. Use a whole house filter.
•Avoid eating 3 hours before sleep. Try to aim to go to bed shortly after sunset and rise with the sun. Getting enough sunlight on your naked skin (ideally stop using sunscreens and lotions) get sunlight to your eyes (ideally stop wearing sunglasses) your eyes need sunlight to regulate your pineal gland to produce hormones for sleep.
•It’s not just what you eat, but when you eat and how you eat. When consuming natural whole foods in their natural state. You do not need to calorie restrict at all. However be aware of
eating mindfully and chewing. Avoid eating on the run or on a state of stress. Breath before you eat to reset your nervous system.
•Move your body daily to support your lymphatic system. Stretching, rebounding, walking, yoga, Pilates, swimming, functional movements to name just a few.
•Fresh cold pressed green juices to hydrate you and get a high dose of minerals into a deficient body. Try to drink greens and vegetables together and fruits together separately. The best juice to remineralise fast is greens, green non starchy vegetables with lemon or cucumber juice or celery juice.
•Preparation for a long juice cleanse is best to be staged with a week of raw then a few days of mono fruits. Then after rebuilding with fruits for a few days, then fruits and salads for a week before bringing in seeds and fats and then denser lower water content foods.
•Try to eat a consistent amount daily and at regular times for your schedule, to balance your hormones and switch off the brain to look for food, or store fat. Especially if you have come out of a detox cleansing period.
•Try to not eat past 5-6pm for balancing your hormones as digestion has switch off by then, as it starts to slow after 4pm. The optimal time of day to eat most of your food is between 10am-3pm.
•Avoid using chemicals and toxins on your skin, hair and in your home or car. Your skin absorbs everything. Use essential oils for all your needs. Ask me how.
•Eat soups and smoothies as they are high water content and packed with minerals and vitamins and fill you up. Ideal for those with poor digestion or are increasing raw foods. The higher the water content the better that food will digest. Think a watermelon will digest in 15 minutes, where as a handful of nuts takes 1-2 hours. A steak takes 72 hours.
•Consuming enough mineral rich foods is vital. Vitamins and minerals are needed in variety. These come from a variety of greens, organic seaweeds, sprouts, vegetables, fruits and seeds. You can support your body with Fulvic and Humic Acid, Shilajit, Camu Camu, Shizandra, Baobab, Moringa, Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass, Adaptogens and medicinal mushrooms, Alfalfa, Bladderwrack, He Shou Wu, Seamoss, Ashwaganda, to name just a few natural supports. However you must address if your glands and organs are functioning, that your detox pathways are open….and you are absorbing nutrients.
•Start your day with room temperature or warm water to flush your colon. Ideally lemon water to break down mucus. Or herbal teas. 2 litres. Then more during the day up to 4-5 litres for a woman and 6 for men.
•Eat high water content foods first in the day to flush your colon, then more dense foods later in the day for dinner. Ideally juice or smoothies or whole fruits for breakfast. Salads or fruits or soups for lunch. Cooked vegetables or more complex raw dishes or seeds or avocado for dinners.
•Woman may want to explore seed cycling and eating for your menstrual cycle (check that out on Instagram) however all should be tapping into intuitive eating for where they are at. The amount of stress or flying or activity or health conditions you are under will impact what nutrition you require. Your body asks for what it needs. Start listening. If it’s dealing with stress. This is not the time to cleanse or detox. It needs more grounding foods, higher sodium and omega 3’s. If it’s feeling safe or connected to the planets or you have just shed your blood lining, you may be ready to purge out and cleanse.
•Limit nuts and try to eat nuts high in omega 3. Avoid omega 6 and 9 rich foods and these cause more inflammation. Ideally mucus lean nuts and cracked fresh from their shells when in season. Ideal is to activate first.
•Eat only alkaline seeds and grains. Process and cook them to keep there integrity. Eat sparingly and with lots of raw greens and lemon juice for better enzymes for digestion. Ideal is to germinate and sprout.
•When consuming avocados or seeds eat with lemon juice to aid digestion.
•Try to eat home grown or organic where possible. Wash non organic in vinegar and bicarbonate soda.
•Eat seasonally. Buy locally where possible.
•Bring frozen food up to room temperature. Avoid drinking cold water or cold smoothies or juices. Use a homemade Bain Marie’s in the winter when you eat raw foods.
•Use a limited amount of non stimulating spices and herbs to jazz up dressing or warm the body up. Like ginger, cumin or cinnamon.
•Avoid stimulating the body with foods that create 1) mucus 2) inflammation 3) stimulation of the glands 4) acidosis 5) dehydration and thus constipation.

•Spend time in nature daily. Get sunshine to your naked body.
•Turn off the WIFI at night and have WIFI free days. Remove smart meters and boxes from the bedrooms. Do not charge phones by the bed or have them in your pocket.
•Avoid screen time after 8pm. Find a healthy sleep routine.
•Bath in Salt for 20 minutes for your energy field and skin. Or swim in the ocean or rivers daily.
•Move the body with functional exercise daily suitable for your hormones and skeletal needs.
•Ground your bare feet into nature daily.

NOTES:
Spend time detoxing the body (6 months to 3 years)…then time rebuilding/remineralising the body 1-3 years. Then find a balance in maintenance which regularly cleanses and rejuvenation periods. Some may need longer in detox or even detox…. then rebuild, then back into detox and repeat for 5-6 years. Others it may be a 3-6 month cleanse once a year. It is vital to read your own body and trust your instincts. Do not compare another’s journey. We all start with different traumas, genetics and environments.

Detox can look like…herbs, essential oils, enemas, colonics, herbal teas, trauma release, somatic work, dry brushing, movement of the lymph, mono fruits, greens, juices, juice cleanses and some water fasting, if that suits.
Do make sure you transition to detoxification well. Once a detox or cleanse is complete please make sure you break it well…as the transition back to a maintenance diet is vital to success. Longer fasting is not always the best. It’s consistency and how you transition and break the cleansing that is key.

While pregnant, trying for a baby or breastfeeding you should avoid detoxification or calorie restriction at all cost. This is a rebuilding nourishment stage where it’s about getting as nourished as you can. High greens, high omega 3’s, healthy whole fats, lots of variety of fruits and vegetables and enough densely rich nutrients. Avoid stimulating foods and foods that will effect your hormones. Eating a clean alkaline plant only diet.

The Four Basic Processes (DIGESTION, ABSORPTION, UTILISATION, ELIMINATION).

DIGESTION
First, when we consume any food it must go through a
“digestive” process, or a process whereby the body breaks
down the structures of the food into building materials and
fuels. The body requires these raw materials for energy to
function and also to build and repair itself. The breakdown of
food is accomplished through enzyme action, which starts in
the mouth, where carbohydrates, sugars and fats begin their
alkaline digestion. The stomach also produces a digestive
enzyme called pepsin; an acidic enzyme released by HCL
(hydrochloric acid) for initial protein digestion. The rest of
digestion takes place in the small bowel, which is alkaline in
nature. When our foods are not properly broken down, either
from a weak pancreas, stomach and intestinal tract, or from
bad food combinations, one will experience gas formation
from fermentation and/or putrefaction. The greater the gas
problems, the greater the weakness and/or bad diet choices.
The body breaks down the foods you eat into the following:
Proteins are broken down into amino acids for building and
repair material. Carbohydrates (starches and complex
sugars) are broken down into simple sugars for fuel. Fats are
broken down into fatty acids and glycerol, for building, repair
and emergency needs. It is important to remember that we
have alkaline digestive enzymes in the mouth for
carbohydrate and fat digestion. We have acid (pepsin)
digestive enzymes in the lower stomach for initial protein
digestion. Then we have alkaline digestive enzymes in the
pancreas and throughout the first part of the small intestinal
tract to finish up the job for proteins, starches, sugars and
fats. It is also important to understand that most of our
processes are alkaline in nature. Digestion is the first process
that must take place in a healthy body and many people fail
right here. If you are very thin or lack adequate muscle
tissue, it is a strong probability that your body has not been
digesting (breaking down) your foods adequately and you
maybe very acidic

ABSORPTION
Once foods are broken down, we must now absorb these
building materials, fuels and other components, which
include: tissue salts, vitamins, tannins, alkaloids and flavins.
These components are now carried by the bloodstream to the
cells for energy, stimulation, building and repairing, or stored
for future use. Absorption is accomplished through the villi
(fingerlike projections on the surface of certain membranes)
and small pores all along the mucous membranes of the small
and large intestines. This absorption should be simple, but
most people’s intestines become impacted with a thick
rubberlike substance called “mucoid plaque.” This thick
plaque, which develops in the GI tract, is made of gluten,
mucus, foreign protein, and other food byproducts that act
more like glue than nutrition! Refined sugars, grains, meats,
and dairy products are the foods that are most responsible for
the formation of this plaque. This “mucoid plaque” blocks the
nutritional components of our foods from being adequately
absorbed into the body. (I have seen clients and my self who
have eliminated loads of this “black” plaque from their
intestines.) Most of us fail in the second stage of food
utilisation to some extent because of this congestive mucoid
plaque. Again, if you are thin, malnourished or lack adequate
muscle tissue, or bloated a malabsorption issue must be
considered.

UTILISATION
We must get nutrition too and into our cells. The blood system
and its highways (the vascular system) are the transport
system. Most of the absorbed nutrition must first pass
inspection by the liver, which can create further chemical
changes, store nutrients, or pass them on unchanged to the
rest of the body for utilisation. The number of processes the
liver can carry out is miraculous. It can create its own amino
acids, change sugars too fats, and vice versa. It can create or
destroy. Now a little secret. This is where the importance of
acid and alkaline comes in. If our body (including our blood)
becomes more acidic, our nutrition becomes anionic
(coagulating). In other words, our building materials (fats,
fuels, minerals, and other compounds) start sticking or
clumping together not letting these nutrients be absorbed.
Most of the foods commonly eaten by humans are acid
forming. Acidity, which is heat-producing in the body, causes
inflammation in the walls of the vascular highway and
throughout the body. Lipids (fats) begin sticking to the walls
of the vessels in hopes of buffering this inflammation. But
lipid bonding also causes lipid stones, such as gallbladder and
liver stones. Cholesterol is the most common anti-
inflammatory lipid that the body uses to fight this
inflammation. When the tissues become acidic and thus
inflamed, the liver will produce more cholesterol to fight it.
But that means that blood cholesterol levels begin to elevate.
Minerals too start bonding and form “rock-type” stones,
which show up as kidney stones and bone spurs. Cell
membrane walls have tiny portholes that will not allow this
“clumped” nutrition to be absorbed. When red blood cells start
clumping together, blocking proper oxygen transport, or
utilisation, this creates cellular starvation, which causes
hypo-active conditions of glands and organs, loss of systemic
energy, loss of muscle tissue, and finally death. Many glands
supply hormones, steroids, to assist utilisation. As these
glands become hypo- or under-active as described above, the
utilisation of calcium and other constituents is affected,
creating many disease symptoms. For example, one of the
jobs of calcium is to help transport nutrients across cell
membrane walls. When the thyroid gland becomes hypoactive
this slows or stops calcium utilisation, which has a domino
effect, causing cellular starvation. This, of course, makes
tissue even weaker and the cycle just gets worse and worse until sickness, then death. Most people fail in the utilisation of
their nutrition to some degree.

ELIMINATION
What goes in must, for the most part, come out. We must
expel more than what we put in. If it comes out looking the
same way it went in, that’s a problem. (You should not see
undigested foods, except corn, in your stools.) When the
elements in food are broken down into their simplest forms
for utilisation by the cells, there are many by-products from
this process including gases, acids, cellular wastes,
undigested proteins, and unused material like vitamins and
minerals that need to leave the body. The body is always
trying to eliminate in ways that we often do not understand.
An example would be cold and flu-like symptoms, where
sneezing, coughing, sweating, aching, fevers, and diarrhoea
are experienced. These symptoms are elimination processes
used by the body to purge itself of mucus, parasites, toxins,
and the like. If we do not eliminate our wastes, we build
congestion interstitially (around cells) and intracellularly
(inside cells), causing further cellular decay and death. Good
elimination means moving our bowels three times a day, or
after each meal, urinating adequately, sweating, and
breathing properly. All of us fail in this category to some
extent or another. By correcting digestion, absorption,
utilisation, and elimination we can regain our energy, build
vitality and vibrancy, and live a disease-free life. If you have
trouble loosing weight or have edema you are likely to be not
eliminating

The Root of Emotional Imbalance, According to Your Organs.

The mind and the body are inseparable and a vessel to the Soul…who we truly are.
Ancient Eastern civilisations have long understood the way our
mental and spiritual bodies inform our physical nature. Western
science too has begun to understand the interdependence between
the emotional and physical body: we know the ‘gut’ acts as our
second brain and stress is toxic.

In fact, every organ corresponds to the energy of a certain
emotion, and every disease stems from an imbalance in an organ
or its meridians (energy channels). This is a fundamental idea in
Chinese Medicine. Many times a physical disorder linked to a
certain organ actually stems from an imbalance in the emotion
associated with that organ. The reverse could be true: an
imbalanced organ can heighten the specific emotion experienced
by an individual. It can become a vicious cycle.

All emotions are inevitable, physiologically normal and will not
cause disease when they arise in daily life. Chinese medicine only
considers emotions as pathological when they are repressed,
contained, or expressed intensely, often, without control, or out of
context.

Specific herbs and foods with each organ’s correlating energies can
be used to appropriately strengthen, tonify, and detoxify the organ
to help even the scariest emotions to pass through easily! Likewise,
the more we decide to participate in our emotional lives through
awareness exercises like journaling and meditation, the more we
can help treat the energetic organ systems.

GRIEF + DEPRESSION
Grief is the emotion of the lungs and the large intestine, organs
associated with the metal element. Loss of any kind will often
trigger a cold, a feeling of being energetically drained, and difficult
bowel function. Grief can stay with us for a while, and can go
unresolved until we decide to release it. When grief is unresolved
and becomes chronic, depression and an inability to ‘let go’ of
things can arise from this lung Qi Deficiency. This could eventually
interfere with lung function and oxygen circulation. Since our lungs
control the flow of energy in our bodies, it’s important that we give
ourselves space to deal with painful events rather than stifling them!

To Balance: pungent flavoured and/or white coloured foods and
herbs. Onion, radish, mustard greens, daikon radish, scallions (white
part), almonds, white
mushrooms, gingko nut, white mustard seed, angelica root tangerine

Reduce: eggs, dairy, meat, oils, processed or fatty foods that cause
congestion, fish, salt.

FEAR
Fear is the emotion of the kidneys and the bladder, organs
associated with the water element. It is a normal adaptive emotion,
but can become chronic when we ignore it. Kidney issues often arise
when we are dealing with fear, such as a change in life direction or
unstable living conditions. When we experience extreme fright, our
kidneys struggle to hold qi and we can quite literally pee our pants.
Involuntary urination like this is often seen in ‘stage fright’.

To Balance: sodium rich seaweeds and celery and/or black coloured foods and herbs.
Black beans, walnuts, black sesame, mushrooms, water chestnuts,
seaweed, blackberries, black tea, psoralia root, lotus seed, stephania
root
Reduce: cheese, salt, eggs, meat, sugars.

WORRY + NERVOUSNESS
Worry is the emotion of the spleen and the stomach, organs
associated with the earth element. Too much pensiveness, worrying
and insecurity can weaken our ability to digest. When we are
anxious, we find it hard to digest and accept a situation or life event.
Lack of trust and ease towards the experiences and the foods we
take in to our lives will make it impossible for us to digest them.
This can make us feel tired, lethargic, and unable to concentrate: a
bit of a paradox, too much mental stimulation can actually cause
mental heaviness. A week spleen can also be the cause of stubborn
weight problems!

To Balance: sweet flavoured and/or yellow, orange, brown coloured
foods and herbs. Root veggies! Carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin,
parsnip, squash, chestnuts, fig, taro, liquorice root, ginger root,
dates, astragalus root
Reduce: meats, frozen foods, iced drinks, excess
refined sugars.

ANGER + FRUSTRATION
Anger is the emotion of the liver and the gallbladder, organs
associated with the wood element. Emotions like rage, fury or
aggravation can indicate that this energy is in excess, and when we
experience these emotions consistently, our liver can get further
damaged. At this point, headaches and dizziness can be common. An
imbalanced gallbladder can be caused by longstanding feelings of
repressed anger, such as resentment, frustration, and irritability.
Avoiding outbursts of anger will protect liver and gallbladder health.

To Balance: sour flavoured and/or green coloured foods and herbs.
Dandelion greens, beetroot, green bell pepper, peas, sprouts, bok
choy, string beans, cabbage, zucchini, mung beans, avocado, citrus,
barbat skullcap, fo shou, milk thistle, goji.
Reduce: dairy, meat, fish, buckwheat, alcohol, fried foods and oils,
peanuts.

HAPPINESS + JOY
Joy is the emotion of the heart and the small intestine, organs
associated with the fire element. When we experience true joy and
happiness, we are nourishing our heart and small intestine energy:
we feel mentally clear and able to process experiences. When we are
lacking joy in our lives, the heart suffers and we can feel stuck,
mentally chaotic, and have difficulty sleeping. Mania or obsessive
joy can indicate excess scattered heart energy, and can be the cause
of severe mental emotional disorders. Over stimulated heart energy
could also cause agitation, insomnia and palpitations. Even the good
emotions can be out of balance!

To Balance: bitter flavoured and/or red coloured foods and herbs.
beet, tomato, okra, cherry, watermelon, broccoli rabe, bitter melon,
lettuce, arugula, dandelion, berries, green
tea, lotus root, sour jujube seed, arbor-vitae seed, mimosa tree bark,
ginseng, hawthorn berries
Reduce: excess spicy foods, chocolate, sugar, salt, vinegar, garlic, alcohol, meat, dairy, eggs, fish.

ANXIETY
Anxiety can have one of 4 origins according to TCM:
If related to the lungs and large intestine (metal), QI blockage can
provoke shallow and irregular breathing or even holding off the breath.
The large intestine can be detrimentally affected by anxiety, making
one more prone to issues like ulcerative colitis and IBS.
Kidney and bladder (water) issues could also be at the root of this
emotion. Our adrenals regulate our stress response and when adrenal
problems become chronic, they can cause anxiety. TCM recognises
the adrenal glands as the same as the kidneys. Anxiety can also be
caused by disharmony between the kidneys and a blazing heart fire,
in this case rapid heart palpitations are experienced.
Anxiety can stem from liver (wood) imbalance too, when
longstanding anger and irritation goes unresolved. In this case
anxiety manifests as nervous tension, irritability, and insomnia.
Anxiety from excess worry and pensiveness stems from spleen and
stomach (earth) imbalance. This can cause stomach swelling and
bloating after eating.

General anxiety aids: cooling raw foods to build yin, celery,
valerian, chamomile, plums, tangerine, liquorice, ginseng
Reduce: caffeine, stimulants, alcohol, cinnamon, cacao, meat, fish, eggs, chilies, vinegar, salt.

*Chinese herbs are usually more effective in formulas than alone.
Always check with a trained TCM physician before taking anything
new. Foods should not be restricted to these suggestions, they aresimply a guide!

Why Vegan Diets Fail!!

I want to crush some myths of why “vegan” seemly doesn’t work for some…

Many jump into plant diets because they are sick rather than for ethics, and often without the correct information and support.I have found the following reasons are why many fail on a plant only diet:

1. A rushed transition from junk food or a heavy meat based diet to raw/clean foods. This creates extreme detoxification & often unsupported leads to healing crisis. People feel they have got worse & return to their old ways.

2. Ratios of fats to carbohydrates & not food combining correctly. Eating lots of nuts & fats with high fruits. Too high in protein.

3. Not eating whole real plant foods, eating junk food processed & high in salt, sugar & low in nutrients.

4. Eating only fruits for long periods without greens & raw vegetables or sea vegetables. Over cleansing. Leading to mineral deficiencies. Periods of just fruits is wonderful for detoxification, however periods of rebuilding & remineralisation & raw vegetables is essential.

5. Doing water fasts or juice cleanses for too long & not transitioning on & off correctly. Moving from mucus forming acidic foods to cleansing & back, harms the liver & kidneys & stresses the hormones. Fasting without supervision & liver support.

6. Not supporting your detoxification with herbs, water, supplements & binders. Not checking if your elimination pathways are open, or supporting with herbs.

7. Not dealing with the emotional side of detoxification & healing. Not seeing ALL physical symptoms are emotionally in route. Diet plays only 1 part. Using diet as an excuse to not do the inner work.

8. Not understanding the body must shed the old, break down the cells created from old patterns & foods to build back from the new more alkaline state. Thus loosing hair, feeling worst at first, changes in the body. Loosing weight or gaining weight ect

9. Not ethically making the loving choice to not harm another. Thus making a dietary choice rather than a loving decision to improve your Souls condition. Jumping from diet to diet without truly healing emotional or physical. Seeking external rather than within.

10. Giving your power away to Doctors, tests, supplements & not taking responsibility for why you are sick. Not addressing mold, toxic build up & heavy metals. Not turning off genetic mutations.

Why Do We NOT Use Oils In A Raw Vegan Diet?

Why No Oils?

There is no place for any oil in a real whole foods, plant diet. Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado & other vegetable oils are processed foods that do not support good health, in fact hinder it. Even flaxseed oils. Most oils are manufactured in a way they turn into a trans fat. We know trans fats are the worst fhoods on the planet killing us.
* Vegetable oils contain almost no vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, minerals or fibre they are empty calories
* Vegetable oils are extremely energy dense & lead to weight gain & diabetes
* Whole plant foods like avocado, coconut, seeds, nuts, greens, vegetables & fruits contain all the essential fats that our bodies require

Eating oils stops the simple sugars from fruits, vegetables or greens reaching the cells causing
diabetes due to fermentation. Causing gas, bloating, rashes & exhaustion,
taxing the liver stopping healing. Oils weaken the mitochondria & cause nervous
system damage. 1 bag of crips/chips or 2 rashes of bacon or one deep fried pattie or hash brown or a spread of nutilex or margarine is
the equivalent of 3 cigarettes & takes longer to recover from. Taking 6-8 days to
recover the body & to eliminate from the liver. Eat these foods often & the liver
gets overburdened. Add sugar which taxes the liver further, poor food combinations
& denatured foods & the liver gets backed up. The liver is needed for everything, most fatty liver is caused by oils not alcohol. Oils create a mucoid plague build up in the intestines stopping absorption & creating a home for fungus & parasites to breed. Oils hinder the flow of blood in the body creating artery build up.

The myth that olive oil is “heart healthy” as some studies suggests is a lie & research in this field needs to be properly understood.
Studies made on the Mediterranean diet have only shown that consuming olive oil lowers LDL cholesterol when it replaces animal fats, like butter & cheese, its all a perspective of olive oil is better than margarine…however that doesn’t mean its healthy.
But adding olive or other vegetable oils to an otherwise healthy diet only increases LDL levels. Barnard, Greger, Campbell, Esselstyn all have written great papers on this.

1 banana provides you with 105 calories, with only 4% of its calories from fat, which is similar to most fruits, with the exception of a few “fatty fruits”, like avocado & olives.

Per pound oil is calorie rich without being dense in nutrients:
•Vegetables – 100 calories per pound
•Fruits – 300 calories per pound
•Unrefined complex carbohydrates, potatoes, whole grains, legumes – 400-600 calories per pound
•Avocados – 750 calories per pound
•Refined complex carbohydrates – 1,200 calories per pound
•Sugar – 1,800 calories per pound
•Nuts & seeds – 2,800 calories per pound
•Oil – 4,000 calories per pound

You see adding oils to your salads stops absorption of the vegetables. Creates a high calorie meal & feeds bacteria, parasites & fungus. Confusing the stress receptors also. Making the brain seek more foods when it’s had plenty of empty calories.

Now aiming to not eat oils naturally means cutting out 95% of processed foods instantly! No supermarket junk, processed food, takeouts, candies, crisps, crackers, cartoon milks, ect….

Cooking at home without oil is SIMPLE. Just replace oil on salads with a oil free dressing or lemon juice. Ask for lemon juice no dressings when you are out. Replace oils with water or stock when you are sauté or making curries ect. Bake with water in a separate dish to create steam & coat vegetables with lemon juice & dried herbs or spices.

Oils are not whole foods or healthy. Even pig pooped argan oil! Or coconut oil. Have you watched how they make coconut oil? Have you tried washing oil of your hands? Try the cells?

How Colds/Flu work and what they truly are!

Cold/Flu is simply detoxification of the body. Because of trapped emotions. A build up of excess mucus, mold, fungus, denatured foods, poisons ect creating pathogens to grow out of balance, then the body gets acidic & toxic, hormones get imbalanced…it all needs to be removed & return to homeostasis. As is a menstrual cycle a detoxification for woman’s bodies. All an emotional purging, emotions first then physical symptoms. Therefore if you believe (germ theory) something can be caught & you fear that, the fear puts your body into detox. Fear creates physical symptoms fear creates actions from fear leading to loss of autonomy & sovereignty. If you do not play into that game & you look after your inner terrain with a true human diet. Do your emotional work to feel your emotions best you can in each moment. You will likely not get “cold/flu’s, gasto, fevers, rashes ect or when you do you will straight away understand it’s your body purging what doesn’t serve you to allow for growth…& there are emotions to be felt to release that physical symptom. Physical changes to be made.

There is nothing to “catch”. We don’t catch an emotion. We attract situations via our emotional state to show us the emotions we have already within us. We don’t catch a virus. A virus is simply cellular waste, thus our body is dirty & needs the inner terrain cleaned to release what’s not serving it anymore. We cannot “catch” what we have within us already. Even bacteria on a healthy terrain can be eliminated safely. On a dirty terrain it causes more detoxification to purge it. Thus is the bacteria the issue or the inner terrain?!

If you are next to someone who sends out a vibration of fear or anger & you hold that within you. Your body (your aura) will sense it & try to help you release that too (mirroring) if you ignore it, it will send out physical symptoms increasing in severity….thus, the lie that is germ theory “you caught a cold” no you are both suppressing similar emotions at the same time. Therefore why some people can get “colds” & others do not in the same office or school ect. How people believe colds go through families. Because emotions go through families, especially suppressed emotions & habits. Because emotions are mirrored in friends/couples. Pheromones send signals to each other through our energy bodies & nervous system…this is how fear grows & a plandemic was created. “They” the dark forces that run this world know this. Spread some fear. Lie about germs for 150 years (they play a long game), control the medical narrative stomp out natural healing & truth about God & the universe & our Soul…& boom you get the last 3 years playing out like it has on repeat for thousands of years. People in fear of their own bodies not knowing their potential. Giving up their freedoms & rights & on purpose poisoning themselves in the name of the “greater good”. I do believe we are in a chemical war & being bombarded from all angles with toxins & chemicals…thus the need to detoxify the physical body. Eat a true human diet & do our inner work to release emotions. Not fear germs or each other.

“Terrain model refutes germ theory” because so many people believe that if they never get sick, they are healthy – which is far from the truth in most cases (unless you’ve put in the cleansing work & live a health promoting lifestyle)… We want the body to throw off waste, we don’t want that waste to remain locked up within- festering.

“Why do colds and flus only happen periodically?
Colds and Flus are the body cleaning itself. Coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, loss of smell and taste, etc are all ways that the body ejects waste materials from the body. When we keep putting in waste creating foods and toxins we require cleaning events to keep us from getting chronic diseases.
Since we have been taught to fear these body cleaning events and call them diseases most of us reach for a toxin of some form to stop the symptoms when they arise.

Colds and Flus are miserable events, who doesn’t want them to stop? So it has become extremely easy to teach people to create their own chronic debilitating diseases by simply teaching them that any time their body needs to clean itself they should stop the body from cleaning itself.

When we apply a plant toxin like Echinacea or a supplement toxin like isolated Vitamins or an OTC cold/flu remedy the body has to stop its deep level cleaning event in order to deal with the more immediate poisoning. So the symptoms of healing stop rapidly and the waste remains inside.

Colds and Flus require tremendous energy. You can think of your body like a battery. It has a limited store of energy. Energy is replenished each night as we sleep and it is drained when we awaken and begin our day. Digestion is the largest energy drain on the body. The heavier the meal we eat, the more energy we drain. The more inappropriate the substances we eat, the harder the body has to work to eliminate them. So with most people putting in inappropriate foods on a daily basis and subjecting their bodies to daily poisoning through food, air and water, most people have enough waste built up to warrant a body cleaning event but they do not have enough energy to create one.

The body will not create another deep level cleaning event until it is able to generate enough nerve energy, which is why colds and flus only happen periodically. You will also notice that many people get colds and flus on vacation or around holidays. This is because they are typically resting more, sleeping a little later, not having to run off to work. Even this small shift in energy conservation is enough to create an enough energy for a body cleaning event.
But some people get to a point where they no longer get colds and flus. What does this mean?

As peoples bodies get more and more toxic they eventually reach a point where they are not able to mount these cleaning events at all and then the body progresses up the disease ladder into the chronic degenerative diseases.
As the nerve energy is drained and the body repeatedly fails to clean itself because of our interventions eventually the battery becomes so depleted that the body is no longer able to mount these cleaning events.

This is why you always hear people say “I can’t have Cancer, I never get sick” or “I can’t have Cancer, I haven’t had so much as a cold in 20 years.” but that is precisely why they have cancer, because the body wasn’t able to clean any waste for so long that it has no choice but to create tumours to store the waste.
So, are colds and flus normal? Or are they common? Should we be getting regular colds and flus?

Colds and flus are certainly common, but common does not mean normal. In a clean body being fed only the appropriate foods we should never see a cold or flu. On rare occasion we might encounter a toxin and generate a small expulsion event. For example, we walk past a cigarette smoker and we instantly cough to eject that poison.

An article from the National Institute of Health has some curious things to say about Influenza A infections….

“In the study, scientists exposed human neutrophils to seasonal and pandemic strains of H1N1 influenza virus in a laboratory model designed to mimic host-pathogen interaction during infection. Surprisingly, EXPOSURE TO SEASONAL (but not pandemic) H1N1 INFLUENZA ENHANCED NEUTROPHIL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO KILL S. AUREUS [emphasis added]. The researchers also identified changes in neutrophil gene expression in response to both virus types. They hope that by analysing changes in gene expression, they can determine how seasonal and pandemic influenza A viruses alter the function of neutrophils.”

So we don’t understand anything about the symbiotic nature of our bodies related to the micro world. It’s time to put the science based on a theory from 1800 to rest. RIP germ theory, a new day is dawning

I have studied the physical body as a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbelist & Natural Hygienist & Health Science for 12 years now. I was shocked with how this all played out. I truly thought it was a fade at first & would never take off.
