PROTEIN AND HOW IT IS NOT AS GOOD FOR US AS WE ONCE THOUGHT…

Unknown.jpeg

The body has no need for protein, and is not even able to utilize and absorb protein. IT IS IN FACT THE AMINO ACIDS the body needs, the building blocks of life, and all the amino acids your body needs are in fruits and vegetables….HOW DO YOU THINK LARGE ANIMALS LIKE GORALLAS AND ELEPHANTS GET THERES?

Proteins are foreign to the human anatomy, and leave an acid ash and break down the most important eliminative organ in the human body… that are responsible for draining the septic tank so the body doesn’t get chewed up by acids. When the acids get backed up in the human body they start to suppress the endocrine glands that are responsible for mineral utilization, calcium utilization, hormone production, steroid production, and the anatomic nervous system. EXCESS PROTEIN IS KILLING US TODAY…don’t get me started on protein shakes that’s another blog!!

images.jpeg

Excess protein is very acidic and actually creates stagnant acids the break down the tissue. Protein damages the kidneys and causes acid plaque around them… to the point that the body can no longer filter lymphatic waste from the body, when this happens this causes the root of all health issues. This happens to vegans and vegetarians too as it did to me as my diet was full of legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, milk and tofu…

We do not absorb PROTEIN molecules into our bloodstream. If protein molecules were injected into the bloodstream, we’d become critically sick and could die.

For our nutritional needs, we absorb AMINO ACID molecules (not PROTEIN molecules) into our bloodstream from the small intestine.

ALL of the PROTEIN molecules that make up our cells, hormones and other biochemical necessities are manufactured/synthesized by our cells from AMINO ACIDS. AMINO ACIDS are the building blocks of PROTEINS. That is, we must digest/reduce food-sourced PROTEIN molecules down to AMINO ACID molecules for the body’s uses. AMINO ACID molecules are smaller than PROTEIN molecules, and they are absorbable.

Where do we get our protein from?

PLANTS 🌱

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and a long chain. Protein must be broken down to a amino acids to be utilised and digested. So cut out the middle cow and just eat plants!

For those who say we don’t absorb nutrients from plants as well as flesh….how does a gorilla 🦍 get so strong? Or a horse 🐎 or a giraffe 🦒⁉️

In my experience all nine essential amino acids are needed for muscle growth so a variety of fruits and greens are best. There are 22 amino acids that exist, nine are essential and 11 are non-essential. These are what we need the most threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine, and lysine.

Some plants high in the 9 essential amino acids I’d suggest are:

Seaweeds
Pumpkin
Peas
Sesame seeds
Watercress
Turnip greens
Sunflower seeds
Figs
Avocados
Raisins
Dates
Apples
Oranges
Grapefruit
Açai
Blueberries
Olives
Bananas
Leafy greens
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Cranberries
Quinoa
Kiwis
Parsley
Coriander
Avocados
Sprouts
Sprouted chickpeas
Brazil nuts
Barley grass
Spirulina
Celery
Cauliflower
Cantaloupe
Teff
Sprouted Buckwheat
Flaxseeds
Papaya
Apricots (fresh and dried)
Strawberries
Cucumbers
Coz lettuce

But All fruits and vegetables and plants have some level of amino acids to build strong bodies.

When we eat a variety of fruits greens and non starchy vegetables we are getting ALL WE NEED

Deficiencies do not exist in a clean and alkaline body. What you should do is clean out the sewer system in your body (your Lymphatic system) through detoxification….and start eating raw fruits and herbs, because your body is designed for them. The Homo sapien is a frugivore species and thrives on tree ripen fresh organic fruit!

When you eat the food your biologically designed for you will thrive and heal your health issues. Raw food low in fat cleans out the body and creates detoxification….and when this happens the body will brake down all the damage we have created on the high cooked, mucus forming and protein rich diets. If your having chronic skin issues it’s because your not filtering through your kidneys and need to focus on how you can clean the protein plaques of that are suppressing them. The best thing you can do for your kidneys, lymphatic system and your skin is to move to a mucusless raw food diet of keeping your fruits at 80% and take herbs that encourage the kidneys to filter out the acids that are braking down the kidneys.

Detoxification will expose your weakness and draw out the damage…before it can build itself up and repair it. The swelling and rashes are the acids trying to escape your body, but they are stagnant because of weak kidneys and adrenal glands. Once you get your kidneys too filter the lymphatic waste then these things will start to go away

If your skin is getting worse on a raw food fruit based diet,  it’s not the diet that’s causing the issue, but a systemic underlined issue being brought to the service. The fruits are stirring up these acids so that the body can eliminate them.

The kidneys are so toxic and damaged from the mucus, pus and acid forming foods such as all processed food, beans, grains, dairy, meat and starches that it takes more then fruit and vegetables to get them cracked open so they can filter. It take time, detoxification  and consistently…

RAW LIVING FOODS WILL DO THAT FOR YOU….

We have a SPECIES SPECIFIC DIET…so what is it?

NO animal in nature cooks there food and every species has a species specific diet, and humans are not an exception. We have just evolved so far past our instincts to modern life we have forgotten how to eat instinctively. We consume “foods” that are unnatural and denatured because we have seasoning, salt, ovens and an addictive tastes which stops our instincts for health and survival now. We have trained our brains to want the addictive foods over our natural foods. We feed our parasites over feeding our cells.
We are slowly killing ourselves with what we eat and asking why are we so sick, tired and not healing?
So let’s break it down….
🥐🍞🍚🥞
GRAINS: they are enzyme inhibitors, high in phytic acids, leave a lot of metabolic residues and mucus in the the body, and have anti nutrients, for a reason, because there not designed for the human body to digest, absorb, utilize, and eliminate. Birds eat grains and they also eat rocks and pebbles to help grind them for digestion. To make these palatable you must cook them which changes the chemical compound making them a toxin on the body and addictive. GRAINS ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍚🍠🥔🍺🍷
STARCHES: there high in complex carbohydrates which is too much sugar for the body to metabolize and create lots of fermentation and fungal overgrowths. Starches also leave behind a lot of glue like paste that clogs up the villi in the small bowel, and block absorption of nutrients SIBO. To make these palatable you must cook them which changes the chemical compound making them a toxin on the body and addictive. STARCHES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍗🍖🍤🥓🍣
MEAT: it’s dead tissue that leaves behind acid ash that destroys the colon, and creates prolapsed bowels, cancer, putrefies and leaves behind worms and parasites, it has too large of protein molecules for the kidneys to handle, and can deteriorate your bones, and send you into dialysis fast if abused. Meat feeds parasites not your cells. To make this palatable you must cook it which changes the chemical compound making flash a toxin on the body and addictive due to the oils, salts and seasoning used to disguise the taste of raw rotting flesh. GROSS!
MEAT IS NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🥛🐄🐑🐐🍼🍨
ANIMALS MILK: this is highly mucus forming, and it’s designed for a baby calf too grow from 50 pounds to 300 pounds in 3 weeks, it’s lactose is designed for infants that have lactase to brake it down, and properly digest it in the early development and growing stage. There is a reason we loose the enzyme lactase after we are weened of our mothers milk, it’s because we no longer have an essential need for this food. Milk contains a chemical called Queso-morphine that makes it just as addicting as heroin and can be physically addicting when coming off it. The pus in milk leaves behind so much sewage waste and clogs up the endo cells that create diabetes and can cause Heart Disease. The carcinogens in animal products or just as bad as smoking cigarettes maybe worse new studies have found. High meat and dairy diets causes diabetes and heart conditions and backs up your lymphatic system. DAIRY IS NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍳🐣🥚
EGGS: are a by-product of a chicken designed to become a baby chicken. They are high in hormones for that reason that effect our hormones. Making eggs very harmful for fertility. Egg yolk increases bad cholesterol (LDL). Raw egg yolk does not raise cholesterol level as much as cooked ones but cooking changes the chemical compound of the nutrients leaving them a high histamine food that causes allergies. This is because cooked egg yolk has oxidized cholesterol due to heat. However, uncooked egg has high risk of salmonella contamination. At least 4 types of proteins in egg whites block digestive enzyme actions which why you should never eat raw egg whites. At least 3 types of proteins bind tightly to vitamins, which prevents them from being useful. One protein does the same for iron absorption too. Cooking denatures these proteins so they no longer have the same chemical effects but become very mucus forming and toxic on the body. EGGS ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍠🥔🥕🌽🌿🍆
RAW TOUGH VEGETABLES: herbivores have multiple stomachs for a reason, because veggies like grasses, tough dark leaves and tubulars contain a tough fiber called cellulose that can only be digested from true herbivores. There is a reason we have to juice and steam certain vegetables and leaves, because they are very difficult to digest for the human species. TUBULES AND TOUGH VEGETABLES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🥜🌰
NUTS AND LEGUMES: nuts have a hard shell for a reason they are protected by harsh environments so the plant can be reproduced, and are designed for squirrels and rodents that have the claws, and teeth structure to open the shell much quicker, to get sustain themselves efficiently to meet there needs, they also burry them to start the fermentation process to aid digestion (so if you germinate and sprout these they can be digested in small amounts). Humans would struggle to get there calories form nuts quick enough to sustain them without the balance of macro nutrients going off balance ie too high in fats and protein. Legumes in there raw state are inedible so need to be cooked or at best germinated to make them edible. NUTS AND LEGUMES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
20663904_10159129822585322_2052973313930989016_n.jpg
🍌🍉🥑🍑🥒🍅
FRUIT: so it leaves humans in a natural environment designed with hands to pick, peel, and eat a food source straight from the plant or trees without having to do anything too it….that is easily digestible, detoxifying, powerful and packed with minerals, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and enzymes a complete whole food….FRUITS, BERRIES, MELONS, TENDER LEAFY GREENS AND SOFT TENDER YOUNG VEGETABLES ARE OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…! With some small amounts of germinated, sprouted seeds and legumes and occasionally nuts if your body digests them.
You are a FRUIGIVORS by design who may have eaten insects and the odd other foods like seeds and nuts!!! But let’s remove the insects and just thrive off fruit…🍋🍍🍇🍉 and greens 🌱

Properties of fruit – Natures SUPERFOODS not from a packet!

We hear so much about superfoods and there is always a new berry or seed from a far away land packaged up ready to heal us! What about the common fruits you can get easily and eat every day?

Each fruit holds a different set of nutrients and can help you overcome deficiencies you may have or build you in areas you need. Learning to treat your body with these powerful packed goodies instead of supplements or pills or spending money on packaged super foods is the key to longevity, be it fertility, gut health, depression or removing heavy metals.

If I see a clients test results I work out how they can overcome these deficiencies  by adding in more of one fruit or more of a vegetable to build the body up. Once you learn to listen to your body and what it’s asking for you no longer have the need for supplements or crazy diets. And the body stops the addictive craving rollercoaster as really you listen to what it’s asking for and you start to grab natures powerful gifts . . . not the chocolate bar or coffee. . .

How to get your child drinking and loving ‘Green Smoothies’ . . .

Getting your child to drink ‘green smoothies’

green-smoothie1

Going crazy on extra greens on your first smoothie attempt will not win you green smoothie loving children. Baby steps are the key to making a smooth transition to developing a taste for greens in your child’s smoothie, especially if your child is not used to vegetables or a picky eater. So make those first few smoothies creamy with a lot of fruit and just a hint of green veggies. Then with each smoothie you serve, add a little less fruit and a little more green leaves and build up to more nutrient dense greens. Your goal is to pack in your child’s daily needs for green vegetables into a smoothie. Job done mums!

A great way to transition your child to a “Natural Living Lifestyle” is removing their cereal/toast/eggs/pancakes with a nutrient dense green smoothie.

             🍌🌱🥒🍌🌱🥒🍌🌱🥒🍌🌱🥒🍌
This fruit and green packed breakfast gives their body energy without needing lots of digesting or causing inflammation so it doesn’t cause energy drops mid morning. Their brain gets fired up before school, It’s high in minerals so their body gets all it needs and taste yum too!

           🍌🌱🥒🍓🌱🥒🍌🌱🥒🍒🍌🌱🥒
To make this:
Per child~
• 2-3 frozen bananas or 1 cup frozen berries (to cover the green colour)
• 2 cups + water or coconut water
• 1/2-2 cups of spinach/lettuce/dandelion/greens/herbs
• 1/4-1 tsp spirulina/barley grass/chlorella powder
• 1/4-1/2 cucumber
• option is to add in celery too once the child gets used to them
• If you’ve upped the greens and powder then add a date or 2 in to keep it sweet and for extra minerals.

⭐️note that the Ingrediant’s start with less greens. I suggest starting at almost just bananas and coconut water with a tinge of greens and building up as your child gets used to the taste and colour.

⭐️for children with sensory processing state thinner and make it thicker till they get used to drinking from a straw.

⭐️for kids who don’t like the colour try dark glasses or lids or flowers at the top of the glass or fancy decorated straws. Try a few different ways till they taste it and then build up the flavour and nutrients.

A Great smoothie recipe to start with:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (the more berries you add, the more purple it looks not green)
1 banana or 1 apple,
1 cup almond or hemp milk or coconut milk
or 1 cup coconut  (try celery or cucumber juice here too as soon you will want to stop using fats in smoothies for better digestion see the link below for why)
1/4 cup fresh baby spinach or lettuce. Building up the amount of lettuce and spinach or any soft tender greens. The truth about fruit . . . and Food combining and why is it essential for health!-chart.

The fibers are liquefied making the nutrients absorb super easy. Studies have shown that children and adults alike generally accept a new food by the 12th try so keep at it muma’s!!

Some Tips:

  • Make yourself a green smoothie, and they may wonder why their smoothie is not the same color as yours.
  • Be a health role model for your kids. If they see you eating healthy they will want to do it too.
  • Try having a smoothie out at a healthy café or wholefoods as often kids like what other people eat more than what their mums make. All choose a different type and compare the tastes.
  • Get them to choose a new smoothie cup and straw to take ownership over their new healthy lifestyle. Add flowers on top so they can not see the colour.
  • Let them measure out the coconut water or add the ingredients into the blender and safely press the button and watch it wiz around. They are much more likely y to drink something they have made. Even start with them helping you make your first and then say would you like one?
  • Top their smoothies with extra goodness like  coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds or goji berries or flowers. Serve with a nice straw and spoon and make it a special treat.

For the kids who will not go near any vegetables and anything green:

Start with making a banana milk (1 banana blend with 1 cup water) then each day or week depending on how slow you feel is right add some lettuce like coz. This will not change the colour much but get some much needed nutrients in tot your child. Once they are ok with that add spinach which will change the colour but they would be used to the taste by now.
