Got skin Issues?

Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, cold sores, pimples, dermatitis, pigmentations….

The lymphatic system play a huge part when it comes to the skin.
If you are struggling with skin problems understanding the cause of why you have this issue will help you heal from it. Acidosis is when the lymphatic system is backed up with acids in the body….thus the root of all obstructions that cause disease. This is created by having an acidic lymph system that has become stagnant and suppressed by these acids because the wastage got to full, creating a lot of metabolic waste and destruction in the human body.
The lymphatic system is the largest fluid in the human body. Dr Morse teaches that the blood fluid is the kitchen and the lymph fluid is the septic tank. He often says…Nobody poops in the kitchen right?

He is right… when the trash in the kitchen gets backed up it gets cleaned out and disposed. This is how the blood and lymphatic system work together the blood dumps any metabolic waste in the sewer system (the lymphatic system) every septic tank has a valve so you can drain the waste well so does the human body. The kidneys are the valves to drain this waste stored in the lymphatic system. When the kidneys get clogged up with mucus and acids then the septic tank gets to full. Then these acids will chew on every tissue, gland and organ in the human body. This will create a whirlwind of symptoms and if the kidneys don’t drain the acids they will come out through your skin YOUR WHITE FLAG OF YOUR BODY. You might have heard that your skin is a reflection of your insides….or that your skin is a tip of the ice burg below!

Which is why no amount of fancy products or expensive creams or topical steroid creams will fix an internal issue. You must drain the wastage from the body too allow it to heal….

A REAL LIVING FOODS LIFESTYLE will do that high in fruits, low in fats and some herbs and greens and support you.

Skin is your white flag 🏳 to your bodies health. ACNE, ROSACEA , ECZEMA, PSORIASIS, SPOTS, RASHES ect… No topical cream potion or lotion will address it unless you address the root cause.

SO WHAT IS THAT?

Acids in the body! An acidic body thus an inflamed body which then causes too much mucus to be produced which causes the lymphatic system to become backed up and ooze out of the skin bringing the acids with it (the clever body is trying to eliminate the build up of waste and toxins) THE SKIN IS YOUR LAGEST ELIMINATION ORGAN!! It is simply lifting out what’s trapped inside…

So you see a cream on the outside will NOT address the inside. Only proper stress management, cellular detoxification with fasting, herbs, essential oils and FRUITS will empty the body to allow the body to heal itself and return balance to allow you to be more mindful of what you put in again. Detoxification needs to be done but it doesn’t last forever you can return to a healthy balanced plant lifestyle afterwards BUT IT TAKES TIME 🥗

WHAT CAUSES ACIDS TO BUILD UP AND THUS CLOG THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM?

•Dairy from all animals even fermented kefirs and yogurts (big one)
•Eggs (big one)
•Meat and fish (big one)
•Oils like coconut, olive, sesame, peanut, macadamia, avocado ect (big one)
•Processed foods like flours and products made from them even GLUTEN FREE
•Grains and products made from them EVEN HOMEMADE ORGANIC
•Excess fats, nuts and seeds
•Beans and legumes
•Stress
•Overworking
•A negative Mindset and overthinking
•Anger and especially trapped anger
•Flying
•Trapped trauma
•Childhood trauma
•Lack of sleep
•Chemicals and toxins
•Medicines
•Vaccines
•Fluoride
•Poor food combinations
•Over eating
•Not removing waste from the intestines and lymphatic system
•Spices and vinegars
•Salt

SO WHAT DO YOU DO?

•Transition to a plant only diet
•Increases fruits
•Decrease processed foods
•Remove oils and excess fats keeping them to 5-10% from natural whole fats like avocado
•Remove toxins and chemicals from your self care and home and environment
•Work on mindset and mindfulness and stress relief
•Work on trauma release and energy work
•Remove mucus and acid forming foods
•Build up to a cellular detox
•Connect to nature
•Move the body to pump your lymphatic system
•Breath deeply
•Introduce fasting slowly

NOTE: If your skin is getting worse on a raw food fruit based diet,  it’s not the diet that’s causing the issue, but a systemic underlined issue being brought to the service. The fruits are stirring up these acids so that the body can eliminate them. TIME PATIENCE and FAITH BECAUSE the kidneys are so toxic and damaged from the mucus, pus and acid forming foods such as all processed food, beans, grains, dairy, meat and starches that it sometimes takes more then fruit and veg to get them cracked open so they can filter…that’s when homeopathy and herbs can help.

So why does the skin take a beating when eating such a healthy alkaline and hydrating foods? Fruits are proven to have the most nutrition out of any food we have access to and are the highest antioxidant content in foods sources. So aren’t antioxidants known to improve skin tone?

It’s a compromise lymphatic system that creates skin problems, but it’s not the skin having a reaction to the fruit, but it’s the acids coming out through the skin because of blocked channels such as the (kidneys) you get your kidneys to filter these acid waste out that are locked in a hardened lymphatic system (I no longer believe in food intolerances which implies we are reacting but shouldn’t be… just foods we should eat and foods that detox us, and “foods” that are not designed for us). When you get out this backed up sewage you will not experience the skin problems, head problems, nervous system problems and GI track related problems. Your skin is the largest eliminative organ in the human body. If you fail to get your Kidneys to filter you will experience skin related problems from the acids that have been locked in your body for decades. You’re not going to have pretty skin when sewage is being pulled from every orifice of the body and must come through the skin if not through the kidneys.

It’s very important to understand detoxification and know what to expect when you go on all fruit diet, especially coming off of standard western diet. Focus on the kidneys, and transition properly and you shouldn’t run into these problems.

All fruit diets should be enough to get the kidneys to filter so that you don’t run into these problems. However the level of kidney damage due to high protein and fats diets that we’ve been convinced are the right way to eat…have damage the kidneys in such a powerful way, that fruits alone cannot crack them open to filter these waste, despite the fact they are the most powerful and electrical high vibrational foods for moving obstructions. Thankfully we have the fruits to brake down these hardened acid obstructions that are chewing on are cells, organs, glands, tissues and blood, and we have (herbs, homeopathy and dry fasting) to open these plaque and damaged kidneys up so they can eliminate these waste, and pull them out. We then can go on, and experiences the life changing effects the fruits bring in are lives. Get your kidneys to filter, and stop blaming the underlined cause the fruits expose. Help your kidneys and get them to heal with fruits, herbs and dry fasting.

PROTEIN AND HOW IT IS NOT AS GOOD FOR US AS WE ONCE THOUGHT…

Unknown.jpeg

The body has no need for protein, and is not even able to utilize and absorb protein. IT IS IN FACT THE AMINO ACIDS the body needs, the building blocks of life, and all the amino acids your body needs are in fruits and vegetables….HOW DO YOU THINK LARGE ANIMALS LIKE GORALLAS AND ELEPHANTS GET THERES?

Proteins are foreign to the human anatomy, and leave an acid ash and break down the most important eliminative organ in the human body… that are responsible for draining the septic tank so the body doesn’t get chewed up by acids. When the acids get backed up in the human body they start to suppress the endocrine glands that are responsible for mineral utilization, calcium utilization, hormone production, steroid production, and the anatomic nervous system. EXCESS PROTEIN IS KILLING US TODAY…don’t get me started on protein shakes that’s another blog!!

images.jpeg

Excess protein is very acidic and actually creates stagnant acids the break down the tissue. Protein damages the kidneys and causes acid plaque around them… to the point that the body can no longer filter lymphatic waste from the body, when this happens this causes the root of all health issues. This happens to vegans and vegetarians too as it did to me as my diet was full of legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, milk and tofu…

We do not absorb PROTEIN molecules into our bloodstream. If protein molecules were injected into the bloodstream, we’d become critically sick and could die.

For our nutritional needs, we absorb AMINO ACID molecules (not PROTEIN molecules) into our bloodstream from the small intestine.

ALL of the PROTEIN molecules that make up our cells, hormones and other biochemical necessities are manufactured/synthesized by our cells from AMINO ACIDS. AMINO ACIDS are the building blocks of PROTEINS. That is, we must digest/reduce food-sourced PROTEIN molecules down to AMINO ACID molecules for the body’s uses. AMINO ACID molecules are smaller than PROTEIN molecules, and they are absorbable.

Where do we get our protein from?

PLANTS 🌱

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and a long chain. Protein must be broken down to a amino acids to be utilised and digested. So cut out the middle cow and just eat plants!

For those who say we don’t absorb nutrients from plants as well as flesh….how does a gorilla 🦍 get so strong? Or a horse 🐎 or a giraffe 🦒⁉️

In my experience all nine essential amino acids are needed for muscle growth so a variety of fruits and greens are best. There are 22 amino acids that exist, nine are essential and 11 are non-essential. These are what we need the most threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine, and lysine.

Some plants high in the 9 essential amino acids I’d suggest are:

Seaweeds
Pumpkin
Peas
Sesame seeds
Watercress
Turnip greens
Sunflower seeds
Figs
Avocados
Raisins
Dates
Apples
Oranges
Grapefruit
Açai
Blueberries
Olives
Bananas
Leafy greens
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Cranberries
Quinoa
Kiwis
Parsley
Coriander
Avocados
Sprouts
Sprouted chickpeas
Brazil nuts
Barley grass
Spirulina
Celery
Cauliflower
Cantaloupe
Teff
Sprouted Buckwheat
Flaxseeds
Papaya
Apricots (fresh and dried)
Strawberries
Cucumbers
Coz lettuce

But All fruits and vegetables and plants have some level of amino acids to build strong bodies.

When we eat a variety of fruits greens and non starchy vegetables we are getting ALL WE NEED

Deficiencies do not exist in a clean and alkaline body. What you should do is clean out the sewer system in your body (your Lymphatic system) through detoxification….and start eating raw fruits and herbs, because your body is designed for them. The Homo sapien is a frugivore species and thrives on tree ripen fresh organic fruit!

When you eat the food your biologically designed for you will thrive and heal your health issues. Raw food low in fat cleans out the body and creates detoxification….and when this happens the body will brake down all the damage we have created on the high cooked, mucus forming and protein rich diets. If your having chronic skin issues it’s because your not filtering through your kidneys and need to focus on how you can clean the protein plaques of that are suppressing them. The best thing you can do for your kidneys, lymphatic system and your skin is to move to a mucusless raw food diet of keeping your fruits at 80% and take herbs that encourage the kidneys to filter out the acids that are braking down the kidneys.

Detoxification will expose your weakness and draw out the damage…before it can build itself up and repair it. The swelling and rashes are the acids trying to escape your body, but they are stagnant because of weak kidneys and adrenal glands. Once you get your kidneys too filter the lymphatic waste then these things will start to go away

If your skin is getting worse on a raw food fruit based diet,  it’s not the diet that’s causing the issue, but a systemic underlined issue being brought to the service. The fruits are stirring up these acids so that the body can eliminate them.

The kidneys are so toxic and damaged from the mucus, pus and acid forming foods such as all processed food, beans, grains, dairy, meat and starches that it takes more then fruit and vegetables to get them cracked open so they can filter. It take time, detoxification  and consistently…

RAW LIVING FOODS WILL DO THAT FOR YOU….

We have a SPECIES SPECIFIC DIET…so what is it?

NO animal in nature cooks there food and every species has a species specific diet, and humans are not an exception. We have just evolved so far past our instincts to modern life we have forgotten how to eat instinctively. We consume “foods” that are unnatural and denatured because we have seasoning, salt, ovens and an addictive tastes which stops our instincts for health and survival now. We have trained our brains to want the addictive foods over our natural foods. We feed our parasites over feeding our cells.
We are slowly killing ourselves with what we eat and asking why are we so sick, tired and not healing?
So let’s break it down….
🥐🍞🍚🥞
GRAINS: they are enzyme inhibitors, high in phytic acids, leave a lot of metabolic residues and mucus in the the body, and have anti nutrients, for a reason, because there not designed for the human body to digest, absorb, utilize, and eliminate. Birds eat grains and they also eat rocks and pebbles to help grind them for digestion. To make these palatable you must cook them which changes the chemical compound making them a toxin on the body and addictive. GRAINS ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍚🍠🥔🍺🍷
STARCHES: there high in complex carbohydrates which is too much sugar for the body to metabolize and create lots of fermentation and fungal overgrowths. Starches also leave behind a lot of glue like paste that clogs up the villi in the small bowel, and block absorption of nutrients SIBO. To make these palatable you must cook them which changes the chemical compound making them a toxin on the body and addictive. STARCHES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍗🍖🍤🥓🍣
MEAT: it’s dead tissue that leaves behind acid ash that destroys the colon, and creates prolapsed bowels, cancer, putrefies and leaves behind worms and parasites, it has too large of protein molecules for the kidneys to handle, and can deteriorate your bones, and send you into dialysis fast if abused. Meat feeds parasites not your cells. To make this palatable you must cook it which changes the chemical compound making flash a toxin on the body and addictive due to the oils, salts and seasoning used to disguise the taste of raw rotting flesh. GROSS!
MEAT IS NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🥛🐄🐑🐐🍼🍨
ANIMALS MILK: this is highly mucus forming, and it’s designed for a baby calf too grow from 50 pounds to 300 pounds in 3 weeks, it’s lactose is designed for infants that have lactase to brake it down, and properly digest it in the early development and growing stage. There is a reason we loose the enzyme lactase after we are weened of our mothers milk, it’s because we no longer have an essential need for this food. Milk contains a chemical called Queso-morphine that makes it just as addicting as heroin and can be physically addicting when coming off it. The pus in milk leaves behind so much sewage waste and clogs up the endo cells that create diabetes and can cause Heart Disease. The carcinogens in animal products or just as bad as smoking cigarettes maybe worse new studies have found. High meat and dairy diets causes diabetes and heart conditions and backs up your lymphatic system. DAIRY IS NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍳🐣🥚
EGGS: are a by-product of a chicken designed to become a baby chicken. They are high in hormones for that reason that effect our hormones. Making eggs very harmful for fertility. Egg yolk increases bad cholesterol (LDL). Raw egg yolk does not raise cholesterol level as much as cooked ones but cooking changes the chemical compound of the nutrients leaving them a high histamine food that causes allergies. This is because cooked egg yolk has oxidized cholesterol due to heat. However, uncooked egg has high risk of salmonella contamination. At least 4 types of proteins in egg whites block digestive enzyme actions which why you should never eat raw egg whites. At least 3 types of proteins bind tightly to vitamins, which prevents them from being useful. One protein does the same for iron absorption too. Cooking denatures these proteins so they no longer have the same chemical effects but become very mucus forming and toxic on the body. EGGS ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🍠🥔🥕🌽🌿🍆
RAW TOUGH VEGETABLES: herbivores have multiple stomachs for a reason, because veggies like grasses, tough dark leaves and tubulars contain a tough fiber called cellulose that can only be digested from true herbivores. There is a reason we have to juice and steam certain vegetables and leaves, because they are very difficult to digest for the human species. TUBULES AND TOUGH VEGETABLES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
🥜🌰
NUTS AND LEGUMES: nuts have a hard shell for a reason they are protected by harsh environments so the plant can be reproduced, and are designed for squirrels and rodents that have the claws, and teeth structure to open the shell much quicker, to get sustain themselves efficiently to meet there needs, they also burry them to start the fermentation process to aid digestion (so if you germinate and sprout these they can be digested in small amounts). Humans would struggle to get there calories form nuts quick enough to sustain them without the balance of macro nutrients going off balance ie too high in fats and protein. Legumes in there raw state are inedible so need to be cooked or at best germinated to make them edible. NUTS AND LEGUMES ARE NOT OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…
20663904_10159129822585322_2052973313930989016_n.jpg
🍌🍉🥑🍑🥒🍅
FRUIT: so it leaves humans in a natural environment designed with hands to pick, peel, and eat a food source straight from the plant or trees without having to do anything too it….that is easily digestible, detoxifying, powerful and packed with minerals, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and enzymes a complete whole food….FRUITS, BERRIES, MELONS, TENDER LEAFY GREENS AND SOFT TENDER YOUNG VEGETABLES ARE OUR OPTIMUM FOOD…! With some small amounts of germinated, sprouted seeds and legumes and occasionally nuts if your body digests them.
You are a FRUIGIVORS by design who may have eaten insects and the odd other foods like seeds and nuts!!! But let’s remove the insects and just thrive off fruit…🍋🍍🍇🍉 and greens 🌱
Returning too this lifestyle now in our toxic world…will allow you to heal all you face and thrive!

Mucusless Diet Food List from Arnold Ehret…transitioning tips to a raw living fruity life!

Mucusless Diet Food List from Arnold Ehret of the most frequently eaten foods that cause mucus.
These are guidelines and practices that have proven to work the best when trying to transition to a raw mucusless diet. The Transition Diet is the systematic approach developed by Arnold Ehret to safely evolve one’s eating habits away from mucus-forming foods toward a mucusless diet. Keep in mind that this is a personal list that is based upon his own experiences and not totally aligned to a Natural Hygienist approach to Nutrition but I found it helpful with my youngest who was very full of mucus. Ultimately, each person will need to find transitional food items that work best for them based on their past eating habits, physiological type, levels of mucus/pus addiction, latent/chronic illness, etc.
In the following Mucusless Diet Foods List they explore the most frequently used mucusless (mucus-free) food items, and then look at some mucuslean options.

MUCUSLEAN (MODERATELY MUCUS-FORMING)
Below are foods that are mucus-forming, but I’ve found to be useful during the “transition diet.” When the following items are added to a meal, Arnold Ehret called the meal “mucuslean.”
Mucuslean: refers to the period of dietary transition in the Mucusless Diet where mucus-forming foods are used along with mucusless ones. Mucuslean menus are generally less harmful than standard mucus-forming eating habits by non-practitioner, and are an important part of the overall transition and systematic healing methods employed in the Mucusless Diet Healing System.
In the Muculess Diet Healing System, Arnold Ehret teaches how best to eat mucuslean items so that they do the least amount of damage and leave behind the least amount of waste. Most items, except nuts, should always be eating with a raw “combination salad” to help with digestion and elimination. See the Mucusless Diet for more on how to combine and eat mucuslean options properly.
STARCHY OR FATTY VEGETABLES AND FRUITS (SLIGHTLY MUCUS-FORMING)
Carrots and Beets (Raw; some people view carrots as mucus-forming. They have a little bit of starch content, but mostly eliminate well and function reletively mucusless in the body. Although I don’t juice them as much as I did in the past, they are fine to chop up and add to a salad). Sweet potatoes, quinoa and millet are the best cooked starch as they are low in sugar.
*I advise against eating avocados because they are ‘fatty’ and mucus-forming. However, I did use them to make sauces during the earlier parts of my transition and still eat them two or three times a year (when you can eat certain mucuslean item only a few times per year, you know that you are advancing along with the Mucusless Diet).
BEANS (MODERATELY MUCUS-FORMING)
Beans (Black Beans, Black-eyed peas Kidney Beans, Lima Beans, Navy Beans, Pinto Beans, etc.; Beans are my most steadfast mucuslean item. They are starchy, heavy, addictive, and mucus-forming, but I’ve found that they eliminate well if combined properly with raw salads and steamed vegetables. But, when it is time to be mucusless or fast, steer clear of them).
NUTS AND SEEDS (MILDLY MUCUS-FORMING)
Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Peanuts, Pecans, Walnuts, etc.; I’ve always been very good about combining nuts with raisins and/or figs to aid elimination. Also, I learned early on to never eat nuts with juicy fruits. I ate a lot of nuts during the first couple years of my transition, and seem to eat them less and less every year. I might eat nuts three of four times a year now)
SEASONINGS (POTENTIALLY ACID-FORMING)
Some seasonings are acid-forming, it is okay to use many of your favorite condiments during the transition.
  • Dulse Flakes
  • Kelp
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Celery Salt
PROCESSED FOODS, CONFECTIONERIES, FERMENTED, OR DISTILLED DRINKS (ACID/PUS/MUCUS-FORMING)
Overall, It is advised to stay away from most processed foods, non-vegan sweets, and fermented foods and beverages.
VEGETARIAN/VEGAN PROCESSED FOODS (MODERATELY MUCUS FORMING OR POTENTIAL ACID-FORMING)
  • Chips/crisps (corn, potato, plantain) stay away from them if you can.
  • Hummus (processed cooked chickpeas with oil)
  • Soy Butter have a very high oil content and soy lecithin, which really should be avoided altogether.
  • Pasteurized 100% Fruit Juices (potentially acid-forming)
  • Plant milks (soy milk, nut milk, seed milks and coconut milks)
  • Plant-based butters (peanut, almond and cashew; something I only used for a couple years. As I became clean, nut butters started to really irritate my system).
  • Texturized Vegetable Protein (‘mock’ meats including soy, etc should be avoided as they are dead foods.
  • Vegan Baked Goods and Confections and raw treats. The Mucusless Diet is not about forcing yourself not to eat mucus, but transitioning away from it so that you can no longer crave or tolerate it.
  • Natural veggie patties (periodically you can find some veggie patties that are relatively ‘clean’ and will help you overcome bad cravings. They are much better to eat then going back to fast foods when the going gets tough. Just be sure to look at the ingredients on the label to make sure they did not sneak egg or dairy into it.
  • Canned/Jars or Tomoto Sauce (I would sometimes combined canned tomato sauce with freshly cooked tomotos, etc., to make a sauce to put over vegetables/salad. Avoid sauces that contain sugar or corn-syrup. If you are strongly against all packaged foods, simply stay away from it).
  • Vinegar Free Store-bought salad dressing (Obviously, it is best to make your own raw dressings, but there are a couple vinegar free dressings that Mucusless Diet practitioners have found and like to use over salads. Ehret strongly advises against using items that contain vinegar. Lemon juice is a much better alternative).
*My suggestion would be to use this to transition you to a high fruit raw living foods lifestyle. I found this helpful in steering the foods my highly mucus inflamed child eat to cleaner foods for his body. He loved nuts, avocados and humous, starches and all the things causing more mucus too form before I had chance to get it out…Hannah x

HEALING symptoms associated with AUTISM is POSSIBLE – steps of how I did it and how you can too!

I am not a doctor and these are guidelines and practices to which I have followed to heal my sons. Please consult your Doctor or Naturopath before trying any of these. Ok that out the way . . . we need to get the message out that many cases The symptoms associated with Autism can be reversed especially vaccine related Autism!!

Why does one child get vaccinated and presents with Autism and another is “fine”?

The gut micro-biome holds the key…asthma, ear infections, colic, croup, food allergies, sensory processing and skin conditions are all ‘pre’ autism symptoms. What do I mean by that? Well they are signs the gut and brain is under pressure and that anything can push the body over the edge – vaccines, a poor diet, stress in the home, a trauma ect. Even if it doesn’t push the body to displaying autism symptoms, you can see a life of illness ahead leading to auto-immune issues and eventually cancers ect….everything is connected and the body tries to show you it’s under pressure. We must learn to listen and stop allowing society to tell us these are normal childhood illnesses.

THEY ARE BLOODY WELL NOT! They are signs of a toxic body under pressure. . .

Autism like any illness  or disease is a collection of symptoms that shows the body needs to detoxify. You detoxify the body, the symptoms drop away and the body returns to health. It is that simple!

Autism is separate to personalty or family traits and no amount of detoxifying the body can change personalty -this is about removing daily symptoms that affect your child’s life.

If your open and prepared to heal your child of the symptoms that come with Autism, ADHD or Learning Difficulties or yourself of any Disease or Cancer you need to work on ALL of these things with dedication and with faith;

• Removing and cleansing the body of parasites, viruses, candida overgrowths, yeast overgrowths and worms by alkalising the body through a vegan plant based diet high in raw living foods and using natural tools like zeolite, broccoli sprouts, barley grass powder, cell food, herbs, clays, detox smoothies and greens and many more even cannabis oil.
• Removing heavy metals from the organs and blood through chelation, either with foods alone like detox smoothies or and green juices or natural herbs or homeopathy or all together.
• Work on deficiencies within the cells and use foods to replace them and homeopathy.
• Nourish the body with real whole foods ONLY, taking the pressure of the gut and nervous system.
• Remove strictly ALL grains, dairy, high cooked foods like crackers, muffins, cookies, breads and biscuits void of nutrients (even gluten free ones and homemade), sugars (even natural ones like honey), salt, coffee, oils, chocolate and cacao, synthetic supplements, powders and processed foods.
• Work on re-wiring the brain and calming the nervous system through meditation, sound healing, music, light healing, early interventions, positive affirmations, Reiki, energy work, massage, osteopaths, Son Rise programs, unconditional love and acceptance and the right environment at home and school with the right people around them.
• Remove toxins from the home and any environment they are in, and from all body products too.
• Remove WiFi from the home (use broad brand plug in only) and get an EMF reading done and mould removed, and smart meter protection or have it removed.
• Install a whole house reverse osmosis safe water system.
• Remove all plastics from the kitchen and make sure your kitchen ware is safe and toxic free and lead free.
• Hold belief in the power of the body and it’s healing capabilities, learning to get out the way and let it heal… i.e. stop sabotaging it with “treats” and let it do it’s thing.
• Repair vaccine damage if they were vaccinated by homeopathy and nutrition.
• Remove ALL videos, TV and iPads that stop the brain rewiring and being calm, instead moving to nature, high vibrational music, art, crafts, journaling, yoga, Qigong and games that involve imagination to build up the right hand brain.
• Surround your family in a high vibration and with high vibrational people to help elevate the damaged cells in frequency.
• Allow time to heal and have faith!
• Self care and self love is important for the parents and carers too 💙 you can not heal your child without caring for yourself first and the energy you project effects the child directly.
• Unite as a family and ALL get involved with diet changes and lifestyle changes. You will see this as a blessing to heal you all soon.

It’s never one thing that heals the body but a collection of approaches and mediums. . . and time!

Properties of fruit – Natures SUPERFOODS not from a packet!

We hear so much about superfoods and there is always a new berry or seed from a far away land packaged up ready to heal us! What about the common fruits you can get easily and eat every day?

Each fruit holds a different set of nutrients and can help you overcome deficiencies you may have or build you in areas you need. Learning to treat your body with these powerful packed goodies instead of supplements or pills or spending money on packaged super foods is the key to longevity, be it fertility, gut health, depression or removing heavy metals.

If I see a clients test results I work out how they can overcome these deficiencies  by adding in more of one fruit or more of a vegetable to build the body up. Once you learn to listen to your body and what it’s asking for you no longer have the need for supplements or crazy diets. And the body stops the addictive craving rollercoaster as really you listen to what it’s asking for and you start to grab natures powerful gifts . . . not the chocolate bar or coffee. . .

If you are consuming a lot of fruit or you will end up with insulin problems. A low fat raw food diet usually works best for most people look into the 80/10/10 Diet. If you are a slow oxidizer and have weight to loose you should aim for 10% fat in your diet or less. If you are eating a 2000 calorie diet this works out to be about 22 grams of fat per day and this adds up quicker than you might think. One avocado has about 25 grams of fat and one olive has 1 gram of fat. If you are a fast oxidizer you can eat a higher percentage of 20% but be careful not to consume too much high sugar fruit or stay high fat for too long.

Protein and Calcium on Raw Vegan Diet!

Protein is required for the development of the human body , but the protein consumed should be of the highest quality and is often misunderstood the amount we need per day. In a child it is around 15-20% per day and in an adult is 10-15% per day and in many cases much less. More proteiIn than this can cause inflammation in the body, more so if it is from animal products.

Other than Lychees ALL fruit and vegetables have all 8 Amino Acids (protein) and omega 3 fatty acids.

There are proteins in everything that grows as long as it’s not a refined food. But If some of our vegan foods don’t stack up against animal foods and are deficient in certain amino acids, they are compensated by their abundance in other goodies and eating verity will help overcome this.

shutterstock_174457016
Green leafy vegetables and small amounts of a variety of nuts, legumes, sprouts and seeds provide this high level of nutrients and protein.

EAT YOUR GREENS AND GET YOUR KIDS TO EAT THIER GREENS DAILY!

For example:

  • Spinach contains 49% calories from protein.
  • Kale contains 45% calories from protein.
  • Hemp seeds contain 22% calories from protein.
  • Sprouts 44% calories from protein, an excellent source of protein and B12 so perfect vegan food.

A pregnant and lactating woman can get all the protein she needs eating verity rich whole food, raw living vegan diet without deficiencies.

IMG_4570.JPG

Eating meat floods the body with protein waste products. The kidneys then need to eliminate these acidic wastes, requiring calcium as a buffer in the process, leeching calcium from the bones. Calcium is continually lost in the urinary waste, and may result in osteoporosis or bone loss. It has been showed now that people who consume dairy in large daily amounts over their lifetime tend to have osteoporosis. Contrary what we are taught!

Vegetable protein is much more easily absorbed into the bloodstream without the loss of calcium from eating animal protein. Animal-based protein places a great stress upon the liver and kidneys. This is a link to great explanation: https://www.facebook.com/DrGoldner/videos/1885607438132191/

Also excess proteins have a negative effect on calcium stores too because amino acids contain sulfur, which in turn affects the body’s pH balance. Excess Calcium prevents fat absorption within the gut. I suggest eating your calcium rich foods like kelp, dulse, celery, broccoli, figs, rhubarb and oranges away from fats and proteins will help and too little calcium will affect your bone and teethe health.

Increasing your B12 now will help with protein absorption rather than eating more protein, and K2 for teethe and bone health, as it acts like a public transportation system for calcium. You consume calcium through food like the rich foods above. Vitamin D from the sun ~ the body easily absorbs vitamin D with just 15 minutes of exposure to sunshine per day ~ triggers ergosterol, which is transformed into vitamin D, which helps us absorb calcium from the foods we consume directly into our bloodstream. This will help take the pressure of the body from excuse protein until you can transition to a low fat high carb raw vegan lifestyle.

Then vitamin K2 takes the calcium to where it needs to go. Without vitamin K2, calcium can end up hardening in your arteries as plaque, and deposits in the joints, arteries, kidneys, brain and elsewhere.

Often we seem to be low or high in calcium when in fact it is due to heavy metal that calcium gets drawn out of the bones and teeth and floats around the blood not being able to be utilised so is urinated out. This means it is present, but cannot be used properly. This condition causes symptoms of both deficiency and excess at the same time because there can be a deficiency of available calcium, and an excess of bio-unavailable calcium at the same time. I do not suggest calcium supplements. The body does not cope well with large amount of nutrients not in a whole foods form being dumped in to the body so doesn’t utilise it and excretes most out.

We should eat the food to which we are naturally adapted too which has ample amounts of protein, omega 3 fatty acids, nutrients, and essential carbohydrates. Fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, berries, sprouted legumes, nuts and seeds. Not animal flesh to get our protein.

Protein rich plant foods are:

  • spinach 49% calories from protein.
  • kale 45% calories from protein.
  • broccoli 45% calories from protein.
  • cauliflower 24% calories from protein.
  • green paper 22% calories from protein.
  • parsley 34% calories from protein.
  • cucumber 22% calories from protein.
  • lettuce 29% (let that sink in!) calories from protein.
  • cabbage 25% calories from protein.
  • tomatoes 18% calories from protein.
  • apricots 12% calories from protein.
  • peaches 9% calories from protein.
  • sunflower seeds 14% calories from protein.
  • watermelon 9% calories from protein.

Yes you can get protein from fruit!

Let’s compare that to animal products:

  • beef 25.8% calories from protein.
  • chicken 23% calories from protein.
  • eggs 12% calories from protein.
