Black Sapote…or chocolate fruit is in season locally and delicious!
Looks and taste like chocolate pudding!
High in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 1 black sapote fruit provides around 10% of the daily value for iron in women. It's also a good source of both vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin A, and contains a moderate amount of potassium but adding a banana too it and you hit your quota.
The Polyphenol present in sapota helps to combat detrimental toxins and lowers the risk of diseases, adding in fibre moving the colon too. It also has antibacterial and anti-viral properties that safeguards the system from harmful microbes.
We used to have a tree in our rainforest house giving us an abundant crop, now the kids found a tree up the street in the bush area….and it’s even better as they don’t have as many seeds…making them easier to extract the fruit. Seeds are good of course but too many is a hassle!
We use them either like this as a pudding or added too frozen bananas as a ‘nice cream’. Both ways are scrumptious!
“Chocolate” Pudding.
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
•1 black sapote
•1 banana
•2 tbs carob powder
•2 tbs chia seeds
•1 cup coconut water
Blended till smooth and set in the fridge and topped as you desire.

No matter what your body feels like, and what you are eating, or how you are feeling or what you have just dealt with…bring mindfulness into it. This is not just woo woo. Mindfulness is scientifically proven to help the digestion of food, to enhance nutrients to help the body absorb, assimilate and utilise for optimal digestion and is it slows the nervous system aiding in making your meal a enhancer not a hindrance.
My lunch today was chickpea noodles with awesome rainbow raw veggies, jackfruit, sprouts, micro greens, with fresh herbs and an tangy asian style herb dressing. Delicious and very much appreciated with gratitude.

The kids say I make the best food when I fast. I cannot taste so I use my other senses and the overwhelming desire to eat it…probably means I make good food that I want to eat. I’ve made 3 healthy from scratch meals a day for Robin, and the boys for 11 years now since we started this life choice. In the last few years we have had the odd sushi meal out or something from a vegan cafe…still that’s a lot of meals!!
I’m looking forward to when it’s just Robin and I!
This beautiful fruit meal was a delicious way to break a fast…
After a fast the taste and sensations of food is heightened. You just think about the things you want to eat…for me it’s fruits, green juice and salad wraps….tomorrow we are doing dehydrated pizza bases for family pizza night!
There are endless reasons and benefits too water only fasting. However, the thing I love, the most is an appreciation for food and excitement before food that you might have every day again. You feel very grateful and enjoy every mouthful and every taste!

A Prayer for your children….
This is the prayer I say over the boys before they go to sleep. Prayer is more powerful than most realise. It must be sincere and truthful to be heard. Asking for protection helps keep them safe from dark influences…and saying sorry, asking for Gods wisdom helps them in their sleep state and both of your Souls.
Dear Heavenly Father Mother Creator,
I come before you with a heart full of gratitude and love for the precious gift you’ve given me in
………….. I thank you for entrusting me with the responsibility of raising and guiding him through life’s journey on Earth. I am sorry I fail to parent him as you would. My fridge full of greens and veggies does too harvested fresh from our garden.

It seems like it’s all dark when we fall into fear or live from fear. It’s been a hectic few years. Everything seems chaotic huh!
However this time is a beautiful opportunity to heal ourselves and help others and this dimension wrap up. To grow in love and find Gods truth. To see the beauty and love that’s here in this dark low dimensional plane. To long to grow too be in a higher dimension. To be At-One with God.
It’s not about bypassing fear with fake love and light or justifying our fears with reality. It’s about feeling the fear, however not getting stuck in the fear loop and dark rabbit holes which are designed to keep you from Gods path and having faith and drain us of our life force. They want us to know what’s happening. What they do, what unfathomable sins they conduct to keep us away from God and feed their addictions to use our energy keeping us from our Souls true desire and stuck in the low dimensions, so they can use that even after we passover…so you fall into despair, instead of seeing the possibility and potential. The growth you personally must have. Not waiting for a saviour or thinking Jesus died for us to continue to live in error against our Soul and Gods ways. Rather than him showing us the path and that we continue to live after death, and we can ALL do as he did.
Therefore as individuals we must allow ALL emotions to be felt and released becoming sensitive emotionally beings as God wanted. Living from truth, humility and love…doing our work! Releasing our Soul errors and failures and seeking to be better, more loving people. To want to grow. To want to do no harm to anyone including animals and other races and ourselves. To want to live the Divine Truth path.
This is a time to choose LOVE! To seek Truth. To see the potential. And to do our inner work to release emotions and be more sensitive.

We love this salad….mango salsa!
It’s not optimally food combined. However it’s our favourite summer salad when mangos are in season.
To Make for 4 people:
•2 mangos with the cheeks diced. The pips squeezed into a large bowl.
•Add the diced mango too.
•Grate, dice, chop, julienne the following (however use what you love)
•1 Zucchini
•2 Carrots
•3 Radish’s
•1 Daikon
•1 Cucumber
•1 Tomato or handful cherry tomatoes
•1/4 Red cabbage
•1/2 Wombok cabbage
•1/2 Red capsicum
•2 sticks Celery
•1 Coz lettuce
•2 corn cobs
•1 red onion
~ Then add these to the same bowl. Then add 1 cup organic edamame beans, 1 cup sprouted chickpeas, 2 tbs black sesame seeds, 1 tsp nori and dulse flakes and a handful of chopped mint and coriander too.
~ Then add juice of 1 lime (& zest) and 1 lemon. •1/2 tsp paprika (remember you have the squeezed mango pip which acts as a dressing too) •1 tbs coconut amino.
~ And toss everything together.
This salad is great in organic tortillas or as my kids had it topped on 3 big steamed sweet potatoes! Gosh feeding teenagers is costly.
A great party dish to share too.
Top with micro herbs and sprouts 🌱

My lunches tend to be wraps…
🌯Nori wraps
🌯Flaxseed wraps
🌯Cold rolls
🌯Cabbage rolls
🌯Coconut wraps
🌯Dehydrated veggie wraps
Wraps are a good way to get a lot of raw veggies in, especially if you use homemade dehydrated wraps.
Packed with 6-10 different veggies, sprouts, herbs and lettuce with a dipping sauce or sauce within it. They are easy to make and can be made in the morning or depending on the type of wrap the night before. They are a high dopamine food for me, as they are fun to eat and a hand food.
Todays lunch was made by Edward the cold roll king!
I was actually just about to start a juice cleanse and half way through day 1, but they looked so good I’ll start tomorrow.

I miss the architecture and culture of Europe.
Life in Mullumbimby is relaxing, safe, nourishing and very predictable…but there’s not much diversity or ancient culture or exciting architecture. So our visit 3 times a year to go to the Ballet and Symphony Orchestra in the city is as good as it gets! While we long to return to Europe. Luckily William loves the Ballet and Edward loves classical music…so I have companions to go with, as Robins more a rugby man (he does take the kids to the big sports games as a contrast). And Robins thing with the boys 3 times a year is Nature Philosophy Wild Village camping and nature which is certainly not my thing as there’s no 5 star hotels ha! We balance each other out.
This visit it was Swan Lake which was magical. The opening note of music and first movement made me cry and sent tingles through my body. The joy of Williams face lighting up was delightful to watch. He gets so moved and into it, feeling it all captivated by each movement. He loves dance. I love that everyone gets dressed up to the 9’s too! I loved complimenting women in beautiful dresses.
However, I long for the memories of St Martins Lane The London Coliseum watching Darcy Bustle, or the Royal Opera House getting captivated by Opera that moved my Soul, or the theatre shows at the Barbican or listening to the live Orchestra in Prague. Walking in London looking up to the owe inspiring architecture….visiting Europe for cultural heritage.
William is nearly 14 and it’s been a crash landing into the autistic teenage years (gosh what a year! I will do a video one day on it). So I’m grateful for the opportunity to still enjoy these precious moments of dance and soulful music with him, exploring the city and getting around on electric scooters. Walking around giving food and toiletries to people who live on the streets, allowing William to feel how blessed he is growing up with such privilege and support. Going to festivals together and live music. I hope it’s always our thing that tethers us during the tumultuous teenage years ahead. #pdaautism #teenageanxiety #autismteenager #pathalogicaldemandavoidance

Each meal we should be focusing on:
🥭Is it a WHOLE FOOD ~ Does it resemble the original food without processing or need to be cooked to be “edible”. Hence it’s not actually edible or our natural food.
🥗Is it high in FIBRE ~ has it got fibre the essential part of plants that aids in digestion helping you absorb & utilise phytonutrients, minerals & vitamins.
🥕Is it RAW ~ eating raw alive foods aids in digestion as it has plant enzymes & optimises minerals, vitamins & phytonutrients enhancing your own enzymes leading to healthy cells & a fast moving digestive system.
🥬Does cooking it make it TOXIC ~ lightly steaming retains the enzymes, however reduces the minerals. If the “food” needs to be cooked for long periods or at high temperatures to make it edible, it’s not food. When you boil foods, if you keep the water; say in a soup it casserole you can maintain the enzymes & minerals so don’t throw the water away… however baking, broiling, grilling & charring kills enzyme, minerals & vitamins & creates Mailards which are carcinogenic. Higher cooking temperatures can create chemical reactions among amino acids, creatines, & sugars. These reactions produce dangerous carcinogens & mutagens (compounds that can damage our DNA). Optimally 80% raw with some lightly steamed is good or 100% raw alive foods is better.
🍉Can you eat it as a MONO meal ~ can you eat it as it is in its whole foods state, as a stand alone meal…or do you have to cook it, or can it only be eaten in small quantities like onions, chili, garlic, vinegar, salt, eggplant, white potatoes, spices say. Then it’s not our optimal food & either should be avoided or eaten sparingly.
🍑Is it alive with ELECTRICITY ~ does it hold life force enhancing our life force as we are electrical magnetic beings. Each food is either harming us, robbing us of energy, or allowing us to Thrive & aiding in giving us energy.
🥒Is it helping our SOUL expand ~ if we eat the above suggestions we allow detoxification & emotions to be released. We allow electricity to flow & we keep a good connection to the Earth & God. If we dull our life force with dead flesh & foods it’s harder for our Soul to grow & hear our Guides.

I make the kids pack lunches fresh each morning…usually a kelp noodle salad with garden pesto, or asian style rice noodle salad, or chopped salad with tempeh and tortillas or cauliflower sushi or dehydrated salad wraps packed with veggies. Although they seem complicated they really only take 15 minutes to make and box up. Giving them healthy lunches. Unfortunately they cannot be made the night before as the kids are fussy and like it fresh…
Then I make morning tea which can be a smoothie or chia pudding or bliss balls and nuts or my carob brownies…
Today I made carob puddings…
TO MAKE:
•1/4 cup chia seeds
•8 pecans
•4 bananas
•1/4 cup carob powder
•2 cups coconut water
•2 tbs tahini
Blended and topped with @maplemoon_chocolate carob!
I got to lick the spatula and it was divine!

3-5 pieces of fruit and vegetables is simply not enough!
One of the reasons many fail a raw diet or even a whole food cooked plant diet… is not eating enough fruits and vegetables…8 cups of greens is the equivalent of 1 head of romaine lettuce and 6 big leaves of kale, 1 head broccoli a day and a handful of herbs. Are you eating this amount?
Then add in the remaining variety of vegetables throughout the day, ideally raw or lightly steamed, the majority non starchy vegetables. In a variety of colours.
1 apple or a few grapes is not enough fruit to maintain healthy cells. Fruit is our main source of fuel! We need fruits in abundance especially in the beginning of the day to cleanse the colon….eaten away from all other foods for optimal digestion of course.
Our first source of fuel is carbohydrates, then fats around 10% of our daily intake which is about 1/2 avocado or 1 tbs nut butter or 10 almonds or 2 tbs seeds a day or the flesh from a young coconut…not that much! Then it’s protein which is built from the variety of amino acids which comes from the fruits, vegetables, seeds, avocado and coconuts we eat….if we are eating enough during the day!

We can build our facades…holding the image of the perfect life & the perfect person, or we can ignore & suppress our physical body & pain believing it will stop when we pass over….or we can 👇🏼

The growth we have in this Earth life determines where & how we live in the Spirit World when we passover. Each investment in the Soul has a massive impact on the rest of our spiritual journey. We cannot take material items with us, however we can take our pain, & emotions or the suppression of them…& diseases with us. Contrary to most New Age teachings we do not instantly get a new body & become out of pain & get another go. If we have emotional suppression here on the Earth Plane, we take that to the Spirit World as our physical body is a representation of our Spirit Body, which is a representation of the Soul. If on Earth we live against Gods ways detached from nature…we will have to deal with that in the afterlife. So why not start now?! Start healing, start a relationship with God, start healing your inner child, start growing in love, start being a good human, start protecting the Earth & all creatures, start living from truth, humility & love!

We are vibrational beings on this physical earth plane. What we eat, watch, read and consume effects our frequency. Our frequency directly correlates to how easily we receive information from our guides, guardian and God. Drinking lots of structured water and eating organic raw plants helps with this. As does grounding bare foot to the earth and bathing in the sunlight. We need prana!
If we eat dead foods and flesh, watch fear, violence and lies we stay stagnant and stop Soul growth.

Cheats Green Juice!
This is my quick green juice….
Not that it takes that long to make cold pressed juice, but there is the cleaning up.
So I use this on days I haven’t got much time.
In my 2 litre vitamix jug I pack as many greens and herbs as can fit in. A few sticks of celery and a few scoops of green powders (I have 2-3 different ones). Blend and it’s the texture of juice in a flash with the fibre of a smoothie and a way of getting all my daily greens in 1 shot! Although I have more greens in my salad wrap at lunch and with dinner too.
There is about a 6 big silverbeat leaves. 3 big kale leaves, 5 big spinach leaves, 1/4 bunch parsley, coriander and mint and sometimes dandelion leaves of lettuce depending on what I have lots of growing. I sometimes add sprouts too.
Then I add fresh pressed orange juice or cold pressed sugar cane juice from the farmers market….or if I cannot get those I use coconut water. Sometimes I add ginger or cucumbers too.
Try it if you want the benefits of green juice in a flash that taste delicious!

I want to crush some myths of why “vegan” diets seemly doesn’t work for some…
1. A rushed transition from junk food or a heavy meat based diet to raw/clean foods. This creates extreme detoxification & often unsupported leads to healing crisis. People feel they have got worse & return to their old ways.
2. Ratios of fats to carbohydrates & not food combining correctly. Eating lots of nuts & fats with high fruits. Too high in protein.
3. Not eating whole real plant foods, eating junk food processed & high in salt, sugar & low in nutrients.
4. Eating only fruits for long periods without greens & raw vegetables or sea vegetables. Over cleansing. Leading to mineral deficiencies. Periods of just fruits is wonderful for detoxification, however periods of rebuilding & remineralisation & raw vegetables is essential.
5. Doing water fasts or juice cleanses for too long & not transitioning on & off correctly. Moving from mucus forming acidic foods to cleansing & back, harms the liver & kidneys & stresses the hormones. Fasting without supervision & liver support.
6. Not supporting your detoxification with herbs, water, supplements & binders. Not checking if your elimination pathways are open, or supporting with herbs.
7. Not dealing with the emotional side of detoxification & healing. Not seeing ALL physical symptoms are emotionally in route. Diet plays only 1 part. Using diet as an excuse to not do the inner work.
8. Not understanding the body must shed the old, break down the cells created from old patterns & foods to build back from the new more alkaline state. Thus loosing hair, feeling worst at first, changes in the body. Loosing weight or gaining weight ect
9. Not ethically making the loving choice to not harm another. Thus making a dietary choice rather than a loving decision to improve your Souls condition. Jumping from diet to diet without truly healing emotional or physical. Seeking external rather than within.
10. Giving your power away to Doctors, tests, supplements & not taking responsibility for why you are sick. Not addressing mould, toxic build up & heavy metals. Not turning off genetic mutations.

YELLOW FOODS 🥭🍑🍍
Carotenoids give this group of foods their vibrant colour. A well-known carotenoid called Betacarotene is found in sweet potatoes, pumpkins, papaya and carrots. It is converted to vitamin A, which helps maintain healthy mucous membranes and healthy eyes. Another carotenoid called lutein is stored in the eye and has been found to prevent cataracts and age-related macular degeneration, which can lead to blindness.

Mangoes are very high in phytonutrients and are often called the ‘King’ of the fruits.
Raw mango cleanses the liver and promotes the secretion of bile acid. Mango has the ability to sooth the intestinal lining and help clean old waste.
It is high in vitamin C, calcium, magnesium which is useful for releasing toxins from the body. Raw mangoes are also high in niacin, which helps boost cardiovascular health and cleanse the blood.

Oh mango season!! 🥭
Blending 2 🥭🥭with 1 🍌 makes what we call ‘Mango Pudding’ and it’s a favourite in our house, and has been for 11 years! It never gets boring…especially with different toppings….
We are fortunate in Australia to have local mangos and a few varieties. In our old house had a few trees. So I’m mythed to have to pay for them now.
This was Edward and I break fast today…. Before that a litre of green juice.

Whipped this up super fast last minute as he wasn’t meant to be home till 9pm…but last minute said he will be back from his work trip in time to see the children.
It’s my banana bread recipe that’s in my profile, with melted @maplemoon_chocolate carob and carob powder added. And the best carob frosting in the world lathered on top and in the middle…with fresh berries and edible flowers and more Maple Moon carob to decorate with bliss balls! Very decadent….but a once a year treat 🌸

Why RAW LIVING FOODS?🍒🍐🥑🥒🥥🌿🍈🍎🥦🍎🍍
Because when we cook or denature foods we reduce there potency to heal and nourish us....
We are energy in the physical. We hold frequencies that need to be evolved and cultivated. If we eat death, watch death, speak death, hold emotions…we die.
🍑 The more raw foods especially fruits and greens you can have in your diet the better your health will be.
🍐They are a higher frequency food which are ALIVE that will help you raise you own frequency and fight off disease and dark energy.
🍓 They have more enzymes, phytonutrients and minerals than cooked foods to balance out your deficiencies and support your GUT HEALTH.
🍇 They are easier to digest as they are high in enzymes, so your body can rest to heal it self. They shine a light onto your body need to heal so you can bring it up and out!

When the kids finish school they are hungry. I collect them with a snack like bliss balls or fruit or a smoothie.
However, I give them their big meal about 3.30pm then another smaller snack if they want at 5pm usually William 13 eats another big salad and Edward has some peas, avocado and nori. This way they have plenty of time to digest before bedtime. And eating their largest meals at lunch and afternoon supporting their digestive system which starts to switch off at 4-5pm as Melatonin starts to increase.
On days I can I make their dinner before I pick them up so the afternoon goes smoothly.

We have a choice to exit from the mass poisoning and dumbing down of evolution!
We can….
Grow our own food. We can swap food. We can swap and collect seeds. We can make our own food at home from local and our own produce. We can learn about medicine herbs to heal and make remedies for our family.
We can make our own cleaning products and self care.
We can homeschool our children. To work together in local communities supporting each other.
We can seek truth and prioritise our relationship with God. We can do our own inner work to expand beyond the pains and limitations of our trauma.
To break the family linages and heal ourselves.
We can be victims or our own saviours!
Education and self empowerment is the key!
We can choose were we spend our money, if we vote, what we consume, what we bring into our home and put on our skin, who we spend time with, how we live, how we parent…
It’s a choice in every moment across every aspect of life.

🍉Watermelon Facts:
🍉When choosing watermelon please try to find seeded ones. The seeds hold the life force of the fruit! They are packed with amino acids and essential fatty acids and essential oils.
🍉Organic seeded watermelons are less likely to be Genetically Modified.
🍉When buying watermelons tap on them as you want a thud sound showing they are full of water.
🍉When buying watermelons look for the ones with the marks on the skin and the stem still on. This shows they were heavy on the ground fully ripe and picked fresh.
🍉The flesh is predominately structured water packed with vitamins and minerals making it an ideal colon flush in the morning to cleanse the colon and remove old waste.
🍉Melon’s leave the stomach in 10-15 minutes and are through a healthy digestive tract in 45 minutes. So avoid eating them with other foods or on top of a heavy meal that hasn’t digested yet.
🍉The seeds in watermelons have 0.21 mg magnesium per 100 mg serve and 0.26 mg zinc and A handful of watermelon seeds contains about 0.29 mg of iron included other micronutrients like potassium.

I never seem to have enough time to read all the books I want and even haven’t thought to read yet…my list gets longer not shorter….

To blend or not to blend!!
Some purest raw foodist say we should only eat whole raw food like apples not apple smoothies or even juice….as that’s not our natural way to eat. Although I agree to keep our eating as close to nature as possible.
Blending (& juicing) does hold benefits that enhance health in our modern busy world. Unlike the addition of fire & cooking which destroys enzymes in food & weakens the mineral content if it’s only steamed or destroys minerals & some amino acids when cooked at high temperatures. I do not see blended as a step backwards.
By blending we enhance the absorption of minerals as they become more available by the breaking down mimicking chewing in the mouth. When we then chew our smoothies rather than gulping…we are producing Mylase & Lipase enzymes too. By the time the smoothie hits the stomach there are ample enzymes from the plants activated, then the ones we produce in the mouth & finally Protease made in the stomach can complete the digestion including extra of all from the pancreas. Utilising full absorption of maximum nutrients. This all then continues to the small intestine which continues to produce all 3 enzymes including those from the plants.
So blend your raw soups, smoothies & raw dressings to maximise nutrient absorption. Supporting your own enzyme production & aiding in easy digestion.
Which is why green smoothies are a great first meal of the day as they are hydrating & packed with essential nutrients of carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, minerals, enzymes, amino acids & vitamins. Not taxing the body or robbing energy in difficult digestion.
NOTE: if you are a meat eater with very few vegetables or cooked vegetables you will need to increase raw foods to get enough enzymes & eat a raw salad before cooked foods to get your own enzymes working…additionally you could take digestive enzymes while you remove denatured foods & introduced more raw foods.

The planned game of wars, vaccines, areas kept in poverty, education system programming, the medical system, the banking system, pharmaceutical poisoning, corporations, the family unit being destroyed, the poisoning from the air/food/products/sprays/wifi/technology, the social media/music & entertainment industry programming, the government corruption, the police corruption, the rigged voting, the media lies, the propaganda, the agendas galore, religions & idolisation, new age movements, lies about aliens, faked history, faked moon landings, towers being blown up, fake or homegrown terroist, lies about the earth & gravity, saying God doesn’t make/love gay people, lies about many genders & child mutilation, indoctrination, child trafficking & sacrifice, animal cruelty & murder, CIA drug rings, rappers to prison schemes, BLM, santanic rituals dressed up a Christian rituals, perversion of natural laws, man made laws to gain power, the corrupt judiciary system, mind control through entertainment & WIFI, land grabs, exploiting the earth for resources for a few…to name a few & there’s many more
What do all these have in common?
They are all to keep us from finding God or because we don’t know God truly, so we allow these Soul Errors to happen by adding to the collective pain.
An example many so not want to see: eating/exploiting animals, pays for another to harm their own Soul by doing the act for you, thus harming your Soul too as you’re going against the Free Will of the animal & projecting harm to others. God never intended or wants us to harm others. This industry does huge harm collectively. To the Earth to the animals to humans. Keeping violence acceptable & our frequency low & builds a false food industry that also hides cruelty of children, that is kept going because the collective agrees to violence with each plate of food, therefore effecting the collective frequency & denying Gods laws allowing for violence against the animals & therefore children & themselves going. In a big circle! One industry pays or protects or profits from another. Everything I have written above is intertwined. And so our many of our daily actions. Once we know we can do better!

Raw, fresh, whole, ripe in season fruit, chlorophyll-vitamin-and mineral-rich raw, leafy, green vegetables, sprouted seeds and raw- unsalted-mucus lean nuts and seeds are essential and valuable they are the best of foods we have available to us on this planet in this time.
Eat them in accordance with food-combining rules, masticate (chew) them thoroughly, don't complicate them with salty, spicy, oily dressings, and your body will easily accommodate this food program and progress toward optimal health and wellness.
🥦🥕🍠Start with more lightly steamed vegetables and build up to more fruits as you progress. Use greens to bind to toxins and essential oils and herbs to support the process and recovery of your organs and glands.

We are all beautiful children of God. If we ever doubt our potential or who we are in Gods eyes. We only need to look at who God is, the Grand Master & Grand Creator of the Universe and the Human Soul, & we as Her Children have the choice to recognise God’s Laws. God is an Infinite Being, an Entity & not just an energy, without Gender, but with Masculine and Feminine Qualities & Attributes.
God has Divine Attributes & Qualities, & has specific Energies or Spirits, some of which are & can be shared with any person desiring the attribute, quality, energy or spirit.
God Loves all humankind, no matter where they live & exist, or whatever condition of love they reside at. God forgives all instantly. Either in the physical universe, or in other dimensional space commonly referred to as the spirit world.
God desires all Her Children to enter into, & remain in a constant loving relationship with Her, & can give Her Love to any individual who sincerely & passionately longs for that Love to enter them.
God can communicate with, & help each one of His Children to understand all of the Laws of the Universe that He has created if we long to learn.
God passionately desires that all Her Children practice love, not only love of other individuals, but also love of themselves, love of all living creatures, & love of the material matter itself.
God passionately desires that all of His Children come to an accurate understanding of all Truth, which not only includes the Truths associated with all His Creations, but also the Truth regarding each individual’s own condition of Love.
We can move towards Gods loving ways by doing the minimum harm to ourselves & each other as possible. This includes how we eat, speak, act & how we heal through releasing addictions, trauma & emotions. (Adapted from Jesus’s words)

SPROUTED CHICKPEAS are a wonderful addition to your diet. Making raw hummus or adding to salads, wraps of topping tacos!
Chickpea sprouts are relatively low in calories… but high in nutrients, so they'll fit into just about any meal plan.
Here is a breakdown of chickpea sprout nutrition information (for a 100-gram serving):
Calories: 165
Fat: 4 grams
Protein: 10 grams
Carbohydrates: 24 grams
Fiber: 3 grams
Chickpea sprouts are high in vitamin C, with 45 percent of the daily suggested intake in each 100-gram serving. Chickpea sprouts also contain 16 percent of the daily suggested iron intake in an 100-gram serving.
Making them ideal for a high carb, high fibre, low fat whole food plant diet.
Sprouted organic raw Chickpeas are optimal. (Look back for my post of how to sprout chickpeas) Then organic cooked chickpeas. Then BPA free canned organic chickpeas if that’s the only option available.
As you can see there a nutritional difference between processed chickpea products and homemade chickpeas.

Protein Protein Protein!
Are we getting enough? Can we survive without animal protein?
Fact; your body does not use proteins for energy, in fact it’s the third source of fuel for the human body. First being glucose, then it’s fats.
So why do people say they cannot survive without animal products and meat makes them feel good! Especially after a failed vegan diet (see my previous posts)
It is only the adrenaline or epinephrine in meat that is energetic, however that comes at a cost to the kidneys. This is a problem in that your adrenal glands are supposed to supply your body with adrenaline, when needed, for nerve function. Leaving you depleted long term and with kidney and liver problems. This can be balanced for the meat eater, if they eat a high amount of vegetables and minimal meat to sustain the negative effects of consuming animal products. However it’s not conclusive to longevity. Or Soul growth as harming another cause the Souls condition to decline. Stopping the growth of Divine Love.

We need naturally COLOURFUL foods....🍒🍌🍏🫐🍇🥕🥥
Each of nature’s food gifts is a colour that our cells require. When we cook this out to sepid overcooked foods we loose these gifts and the nutrients.
What’s in a colour?
🍅RED: red fruits and vegetables are coloured by a natural plant pigment called lycopene. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce the risk of antioxidant stress leading to cancer and keep our heart healthy.
🍇PURPLE /BLUE: blue plant pigment anthocyanin is what gives blue/purple fruits and vegetables their distinctive colour. Anthocyanin also has antioxidant properties that protect cells from damage and can help reduce the risk of cancer, stroke and heart disease.

🥥BROWN/WHITE: neutral coloured fruits and vegetables contain a range of health-promoting phytochemicals such as allicin which is known for its antiviral and antibacterial properties. Some members of the white group, such as bananas and potatoes, are also a good source of potassium.

Mixing fruits with greens in smoothies does a few things.
1️⃣ Aids in digestion of the fructose helping it convert to glucose without spiking insulin to get it into the cells. Now fructose normally doesn’t need insulin to get into the cells when the body is functioning well, however if you have an excessive amount of fats in your diet or use oils or you have old faecal matter in the bowl, or your hormones aren’t balanced, or you have diabetes which is too much insulin floating around already, or your minerals are low and the body is depleted…some people can find just fruits alone tends to spike insulin as the conversion into glucose gets interpreted. Adding greens and green powders to smoothies helps in this uptake, slowing the spike as the body recognises the glucose from the greens.
2️⃣ Adding greens to smoothies is a good way of getting your daily 6-8 cups of greens without chewing on several salads a day. I make my smoothies 75% greens then fruits.
3️⃣ When you blend greens you activate the minerals and help with absorption of minerals just like chewing does. However to sit chewing kale slowly for an hour is not always possible. So the act of blending greens opens this process up making it more bioavailable for our enzymes to utilise the minerals.

Break - Fast breaking the fast of hopefully at least 12-16 hours of no eating…to give your body rest to digest!
The ideal and optimal to break any fast would be fruit for Break-Fast… and optimally fruits with greens, herbs, spouts and micro-greens in a smoothie or fruit salad as they are high in water content and high minerals and help flush the colon and activate the gut with enzymes, without robbing the body of energy with a more dense harder to digest food…however if you are new to high fruit raw diet there are a few options too, or a sometimes change in routine. In my free recipe book in my Linktree 👆🏻 in my profile…you will find my raw muesli recipe with banana milk…and my raw seeded sprouted bread recipe too.
The besan flour omelette is super easy to make and hits the spot for those who miss eggs.
“Omelette” Recipe:
•¼ cup Chickpea/Besan Flour
•¼ tsp Turmeric
•1 tsp Italian Herb Mix
•¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
•¼ teaspoon Black salt - this enhance the egg flavor, or replace with Celtic salt or omit with celery salt
•⅓ cup Water - at room temperature
Stir in the water slowly and whisk till a smooth batter appears.
To cook the omelette (ideally oil free) use a good stainless steal pan that’s been tested it’s hot enough to be non stick using the water method. Or cook on safe baking paper to be able to flip it over. Or use the grill with baking paper on a tray. Or if you have to a a very small amount of coconut or olive oil.
I have also use muffin tins with baking paper cups, to make mini omelette/muffins loaded with veggies.
Once the omelette is cooked and you see bubbles in the batter add the fresh filling and flip it in half and serve! Adding loads of micro-herbs and sprouts and fresh herbs on top.

We must activate the stretch receptors in our stomach to signal to the brain we are full…we must eat fibre to push the food down the digestive tract scraping the old gunk out and to help us cultivate good bacteria….we must get enough phytonutrients to get enough minerals, vitamins and macro and micro nutrients in our day!
So we need low calorie but maximum nutrients in big meals with gaps for digestion in between. If we eat big meals of high calorie foods we strain the body giving too many calories and no nutrients. If we eat high calorie fake food low in nutrients we are always hungry, seeking food as the stretch receptors don’t get activated.
I’m not suggesting a low calorie diet….far from it.
In fact you can eat a huge amount of raw plant foods when you’re eating a raw plant diet as they are low in calories, yet high in nutrients when you eat phytonutrient rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, seeds, juices, nuts, avocado, coconuts, seaweeds, herbs, legumes and sudo-alkaline grains!

Edwards been beavering away in the kitchen making cold rolls for our lunch and carob almond treats for this afternoon….
When the gift of education in nutrition for the kids and creating healthy food pays off and you get lunch made for you!!
The hardest part was watching him and not saying roll them tighter… do it like this….just letting him learn and experiment….

Avocado 🥑
Did you know avocado is the most similar in macro nutrients to human mothers breast milk! Making it an ideal food to eat in pregnancy, and to give when weaning your baby from breast milk to solid whole foods, alongside fruits and non-starchy vegetables. Also making it a great food for children’s growth.
Avocado holds many benefits including being an essential fatty acid source for the brain and cells.
We need essential fatty acids to support a healthy nervous system and brain function. Our primary source of nutrition is glucose and the brain runs off glucose. However needs essential fatty acids to build neuron’s and support cell function. Avocado is a brilliant food for soothing the gut too and aiding in moving fibre through the intestinal tract.

Let’s not over complicate it!
BASIC NUTRITION OVERVIEW:
WHOLE FOOD = food in its natural raw state completely unprocessed grown from the ground or picked from a tree or bush. For example an apple picked from the tree and eaten skin, flesh and all. Not sliced and baked or boiled or deep fried or freeze dried or it’s juice or syrup extracted from another part.
Foods like; fruits, vegetables, ocean vegetables, greens, nuts, herbs, seeds, legumes. NOT grains, flours, products made from flours, syrups, sugars, products, tofu’s, saitan, vegan fake meats, margarine’s, spreads, milks, crisps,
baked goods, packet foods ect.
REAL FOOD = organic, natural, unhindered, non laboratory made, free from GMO’s, chemicals, preservatives, additives, E-numbers, MSG, ECT, sulphates, salts, flavourings, sugars, nano plastics or aborted foetal cells.
RAW ALIVE FOODS = plants, seeds, nuts, greens, fruits, legumes, herbs, ocean
vegetables and vegetables that are edible eaten in there natural state as grown without any cooking, freezing or processing or seasoning needed. Any type of baking, browning, grilling, processing, frying or anything that changes the chemical structure of the plants…becomes a new chemical the body, which it cannot register or digest. These cooking processes create maillards, which are extremely addictive & cancer forming. Dehydrating or light steaming or cold pressed juicing or cold high speed blending can retain enzymes and the structure of the phytonutrients including minerals. Any food that can be eaten directly from the plant as a eat alone food. Ie an apple or a carrot or broccoli…vs biting down with your bare teeth into a cows bottom or lambs leg through the fur with the blood dripping down your face. Any food that is not edible or appealing raw is not human food and should be avoided or eaten sparsely. Ie eggplant, onions, garlic, salt, blooded flesh, eggs ect.

A bird rescue! 🦜
This morning at @markridoutmusic birthday celebration we were playing table tennis near a swimming pool, William noticed a bird drowning in the pool and it was raining heavily. The private pool was locked…so Robin launched William over the glass fence and he scooped him out just as he was about to give up (not sure how long he had been struggling in the water) I instantly grabbed him and used my over sized cardigan to wrap him up and my body heat to warm him up. Last year I trained as a WIRES volunteer. Also, luckily Ra was there and she’s an animal communicator and asked him if he felt safe now and reassured him that he was safe with me. I used my heart rate to sooth him and the sound OM to reassure him and I could feel his heart rate calming. After 20 minutes he started to moving and telling me he was ready to fly. He was only a young Lorikeet. I opened my cardigan and he started moving clinging to my fingers….then he started to shake which was a good sign of him moving the trauma through his body.
Eventually I put him on the floor, he started to spread his wings. Until he felt safe enough to start flying little hops, then took flight to some low branches, were he continued to rest. Then he flew up higher until he once again took flight!
Saving lives not taking them #vegan! 🤍✨

We give so much as mothers…often we forget who we were before motherhood and how to let go and have fun. Or get the chance to have uninterrupted conversations!
This weekend I had quality time with my beautiful bestie @emily_bodhi in Noosa without the 6 kids between us. It was blissful getting to eat at our favourite vegan cafe @newearthcafe sip sparkling water in wine glasses in the sun while reading ….deep meaningful uninterrupted conversation and laughs to English comedy and swims in the crystal clear aqua ocean with dogs everywhere!!….reading under the shade of the trees and napping! Uninterrupted!! Drinking tea….simple yet to rewarding and nourishing.
I also spent not enough time delving deep into life and connection with beautiful @melwrightphotos who I haven’t seen for years, just catching up over the phone was not enough in person is always better. Just so lovely.
Oh to remember who I am and to let go! Even for just a short moment….
Got home….back to motherhood, dishes in the sink and dirty washing to do….back to earth with a thump!
