It’s been 30-37 degrees for days!!! It’s hard to explain how hot it is…your eyes dry up as you leave the house…anything solid turns liquid…the swimming pools are like baths…the cold water tap comes out hot!…the car steering wheel burns your skin off…the air con does nothing…bare feet is not an option unless you want blisters on the soles of your feet…although you can spot an autistic kid miles away as they still have hoodies and track pants on haha! Just like in the winter they are the ones with singlet and shorts on…

William got home and the first thing he did was make fresh cold pressed juice to hydrate….win to me as the education has worked! Fresh green juice is the best way to hydrate as the minerals make is superior to water. Packed with all he needs to make collagen too as he burned his skin 2 days ago after spending the day in my friends pool on a 36 degree day. 

Our garden has an abundance of cucumbers, so he made cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon and carrot juice. Edward made beetroot, ginger and cucumber. And I made a few litres of cucumber, ginger, lemon and celery juice. 

Delicious, hydrating and packed with nutrients. Perfect for a hot day….

Every time I make this bread I’m surprised about how delicious it is! 

It slices well, freezes well and last a few days. Taste nutty and sweet with a beautiful texture like brown bread. 

And it cost $3.45 to make! Cheaper if you use non organic buckwheat…

1 ingredient…. BUCKWHEAT! Well a little Celtic sea salt but you can not add that if you wish….

I made this loaf to keep the boys full as feeding growing teenager boys is costly!! And I ended up eating 4 slice’s myself….hot bread from the oven is too tempting….not that a loaf last more than a few days in our house. That’s fine when it cost a few dollars…not when it’s $15-20 for a grain free loaf. 

I have added it to the dehydrator too and that went well. I’ve used this method to make pancakes too under the grill (oil free). 

The recipe is further back on my wall if you want to make it. 

Playing around with proving makes a difference to the holes and amount of rise. This one I proved in a colder space, so less air bubbles and less rise. Previously I proved it in the laundry room with the tumble dryer on and it looked like sough dough.

Topped with raw veggies, tomatos and olives or macadamia spread and sprouts or brazil nut butter or dipped into soup…or as a base for greens and avocado or greens, garlic and smashed cannelloni beans….divine!!

Black Sapote…or chocolate fruit is in season locally and delicious! 

Looks and taste like chocolate pudding!

High in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 1 black sapote fruit provides around 10% of the daily value for iron in women. It's also a good source of both vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin A, and contains a moderate amount of potassium but adding a banana too it and you hit your quota. 

The Polyphenol present in sapota helps to combat detrimental toxins and lowers the risk of diseases, adding in fibre moving the colon too. It also has antibacterial and anti-viral properties that safeguards the system from harmful microbes.

We used to have a tree in our rainforest house giving us an abundant crop, now the kids found a tree up the street in the bush area….and it’s even better as they don’t have as many seeds…making them easier to extract the fruit. Seeds are good of course but too many is a hassle! 

We use them either like this as a pudding or added too frozen bananas as a ‘nice cream’. Both ways are scrumptious!

“Chocolate” Pudding.

Serves 2.

Ingredients:
•1 black sapote 
•1 banana 
•2 tbs carob powder 
•2 tbs chia seeds
•1 cup coconut water 

Blended till smooth and set in the fridge and topped as you desire.

The kids say I make the best food when I fast. I cannot taste so I use my other senses and the overwhelming desire to eat it…probably means I make good food that I want to eat. I’ve made 3 healthy from scratch meals a day for Robin, and the boys for 11 years now since we started this life choice. In the last few years we have had the odd sushi meal out or something from a vegan cafe…still that’s a lot of meals!! 

I’m looking forward to when it’s just Robin and I! 

This beautiful fruit meal was a delicious way to break a fast…

After a fast the taste and sensations of food is heightened. You just think about the things you want to eat…for me it’s fruits, green juice and salad wraps….tomorrow we are doing dehydrated pizza bases for family pizza night! 

There are endless reasons and benefits too water only fasting. However, the thing I love, the most is an appreciation for food and excitement before food that you might have every day again. You feel very grateful and enjoy every mouthful and every taste!

A Prayer for your children….

This is the prayer I say over the boys before they go to sleep. Prayer is more powerful than most realise. It must be sincere and truthful to be heard. Asking for protection helps keep them safe from dark influences…and saying sorry, asking for Gods wisdom helps them in their sleep state and both of your Souls. 

Dear Heavenly Father Mother Creator, 

I come before you with a heart full of gratitude and love for the precious gift you’ve given me in 
………….. I thank you for entrusting me with the responsibility of raising and guiding him through life’s journey on Earth. I am sorry I fail to parent him as you would. I ask for your divine wisdom and strength as I seek to nurture her/his growth in body, mind and Soul and to parent as you would. Please watch over ………….. with your protective and guiding hand, surround her/him with your love and truth. Shielding her/him from
harm and lead her/him away from negative influences that try to trap his Soul. Grant her/him the courage to stand up for what is right and true. Even in the face of challenges. May she/he develop a heart that is compassionate and empathetic. Reaching out to those in need and sharing your love with the world. Fill his mind with curiosity and a thirst for Divine Truth, enabling her/him to learn and grow in every aspect of her/his life. May she/he find joy in using these gifts to serve others and to glorify your path. Help her/him develop resilience in the face of setbacks, knowing that through you and your love, that all things are possible. Help her/him develop the ability to see herself/himself as you God sees her/him.

We eat with our eyes! My bench full of fruits inspires me too eat fresh beautiful real foods. 

My fridge full of greens and veggies does too harvested fresh from our garden. 

I’ve just finished a 5 day water fast and I’m excited to make beautiful raw creations and dive into this fruit!! 

Oh my it’s Cherry season 🍒

In this era of chemical barrage & dark energy we must focus on a few things to thrive despite it:

🤍Removing heavy metals through cleanses & diet
🤍Doing quarterly parasite cleanses with herbs
🤍Cleaning and moving our lymphatic system 
🤍Supporting our organs & endocrine system with organic herbs
🤍Eating organic real food 
🤍Eating as many raw vegetables & greens as we can
🤍Eating heirloom in season ripe organic fruits 
🤍Getting a variety of colourful fruits & vegetables 
🤍Removing chemicals from our home/self care/food/car/clothes/environment
🤍Drinking structured fluoride free water 
🤍Spending time in the sun (not using sunscreen or sunglasses)
🤍Grounding to the Earth to prevent WIFI & radiation damage 
🤍Raising our frequency through raw foods, fasting, prayer, & releasing our emotions 
🤍Removing low frequency music, movies, Tv, fear mongering, rabbit holes, relationships, jobs ect
🤍Doing our inner child work 
🤍Education in Divine Truth & how to heal yourself with nature 
🤍Learn to see challenges & triggers (our LOA) as a way to listen to the Soul & see our Soul Condition to grow in love
🤍Help to raise the frequency of the Earth by doing no harm to self & ALL, improving it, caring for others, protecting the children & animals & elders
🤍Live by truth, humility & love
